Had numerous missed calls trying to arrange an appointment but they never answer their phone. I finally gave up after being on hold for a whole hour! Rubbish!

AWFUL - STAY CLEAR. I wish there was an option to give minus stars as they don't deserve a single star. As highlighted by many others I had the displeasure of dealing with this company via Homeserve. Excuse after excuse, engineer is ill, engineer has picked up the wrong part, engineer has a faulty part.. delay after delay and when they finally arrived to carry out the work it was a 5 min job!!! Even on that day, the engineer parked his van away from the house (when there was ample parking right outside my house), he rang the door bell once and immediately started to walk off, fortunately I was in the living room so was able to open the door and stop him walking away!! I have written to Homeserve and I will be leaving and going back to British Gas. I also sent a print out of all the reviews posted here to show them what their "Customers" think of Plumb Wright. I doubt if they remove them from their supplier list but it won't be my problem as I will be back with British Gas shortly. Stay clear of these cowboys.

Cancellation after cancellation after cancellation. Took my policy through Homeserve and they’ve appointed these jokers to do the job. These guys are a JOKE!!!!!

Similar exeperience as others...
Boiler health check arranged via Homeseve but engineer failed to turn up - later received a call from Plumbwright making an excuse that their engineer had phoned in sick and wanted to reshedule.
Long story short I am now back with British Gas!....
