Telephoned 12.15 - Ripon branch busy but ring back facility offered. This was courteously actioned within 10 minutes. Item we required was checked and confirmed in stock. Was collected within the hour. fitted and working by 15.00 same afternoon. First class teamwork. Appreciated

Plumb Centre Ripon is extremely expensive, in fact Plumb Centre overall do not give good discounts to tradesmen. I went to their Ripon branch this week to get a compression fitting. I was shocked at the price and when I asked the lady if trade discount had been applied, I was again shocked by her response "that's the price, it's set".? I would recommend that any one wanting plumbing parts would do better going elsewhere. Plumb Centre need to look after the contractors that use them. Poor prices and poor customer services. I am the MD of a Medium Size Company in Ripon and I will not be recommending that my customers use this branch or any other. Wolsley need to sort there discounts out. #RIP OFF PLUMBING WHOLESALE
