flat roofs fitted in a professional and timely manner. Slight issue post installation, so phoned up and the after sales manager (sorry, name forgotten) was absolutely first rate and issue was resolved quickly. Some companies make you feel guilty for ringing up - this one could not help me enough. Therefore A* 100% would recommend and use again.

We used Ploughcroft Ltd for some recent renovation work and they were really hard to work with. The day before they were due to start we found out their salesman had booked us in for the wrong month despite written and verbal communications around the start date. They did work hard to try to fit us into their busy schedule but this then caused a domino effect of problems. The project over ran and the communication was terrible throughout. The staff blamed each other and were completely disorganised. 
The quality of the majority of the building work was good but there were numerous issues with their work which needed correcting. It took a further two months after the end of the contact for the problems to be finally resolved. I would not recommend their services.

We hired Ploughcroft to do some flood defence work on our property and they did a fantastic job! We were kept informed every step of the way and lads were professional and tidy. Excellent workmanship, couldn't recommend them more!

I had a brand new stone tiled roof which included a new style thermo blanket.  My renovation, which i also had done recently, meant that my bedroom ceiling was open up to the eves, making it colder.  After ploughcroft did my re roof and installed my thermo blanket, i feel secure and warm and love it.  I am so happy I used Ploughcroft, they were done in a matter of 3 days, from start to finish, which meant the skip they used was also taken away after 3 days, along with them finishing up by washing all my windows.... bonus!!
