Had a great visit. Jenny helped direct me to what I was looking for and was lovely and chatty making me very relaxed while looking around. Great place. lots to see and choose from.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff ready to assist at all times. Excellent product range including budget, mid range and premium products. Staff display exemplary knowledge of specific products whilst keeping focused on customer satisfaction offering advice which is not pushy or a driving sales approach. The Oldham branch is layed out with sufficient browsing room but displays an impressive array of products which are very neatly categorised.
Woeful customer service. Item at best was used as a demo it possibly customer return that was faulty. After a few visits to the shop in person that took best part of 2 hours in the car I managed to get refund. They didn't even offer to refund the gel I bought with the item as a good will gesture. They only get one star because I didn't have to resort to small claims to get my money back. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Woman on till is really helpful and friendly. She makes you feel at ease and it's a safe place to be open about what your looking for. Reasonable stock for its size and there's something for everyone
NO PARKING AT ALL! IF YOU LOOKING FOR A DISCREET SHOP THEN THIS LOCATION IS NOT IT! LITERALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A CAR SHOWROOM FORECOURT.
I personally wouldn't go back I have more knowledge in my little finger. Also noticed that the lady wasn't very clean and smelled awful not good..
