Not the best lounge I’ve been too. Not impressed with their food. I wouldn't say that there was much of choice of decent meat dishes to choose from. They only have lamb stew which had meat pieces picked out and there were only carrots in the sauce. You can go there and have something to eat, something to drink but average.. many dishes were not topped up at the buffet. Definitely prebook the time slot in advance, as it could be around 2 hours waiting list if you just walk in.
First visit to T4 lounge. Comfy seats and decent breakfast buffet. Syyeda was very kind and gave us excellent service. Made me ignore that one coffee machine was out of service and other one not working properly. No soft drinks fridges were a let down too. Over all an average experience.
Excellent lounge experience! It's quite a busy place, but at the same time everything is managed in a manner that the lounge feels quite relaxed and you can work/eat in peace. Food options are really tasty and plentiful. The staff is really considerate and friendly, which for me stood out in lounges in general, but also considering the traffic which is generated here. There is a gentleman with an I guess Italian-like accent who really puts in effort making you feel welcome. Canned sodas. No bottled water, but a refill is possible at the bar. Flavoured water in glasses. Sockets near the chairs/benches. Nice bar and options for drinks. Friendly lady bartender too.
The lounge was an amazing experience! The customer service was top notch and we felt very welcomed here as we waited for our flight. Humayu Tajak, the Executive Sous Chef, was very attentive and took great pride in his team and the work they've all put towards the presentation of the food. The food was delicious and it was very touching to see Humaya checking in on us, to see how our meal was and if we needed anything else. Would highly recommend this restaurant quality service in an airport lounge!
The front desk staff at check in were not very welcoming and tried to turn us away as soon as we walked up, stating that credit card members are not allowed. We patiently clarified that it is a benefit confirmed through our portal. Once inside, Jose the waiter kindly welcomed us and helped us set up at a large space with a high chair for our son - Jose is amazing and should be in charge of customer service at this lounge!
I made it to this lounge quite early and it was a beautiful site.. unfortunately it didn't stay that way for lounge the lounge filled up within minutes I couldn't find a seat away from the large sit down table I sat at to eat my breakfast anymore and had to stay where I was at which wasn't the end of the world but I would have liked to get one of the rest pods as I was tired. The breakfast was delicious however no no pork meats available for breakfast which was not fun.. the pastry's absolutely blew my socks off no diddy the overall lounge is larger than other plaza premium lounges in other terminals as well like terminal 5s lounge.
It’s a nice lounge with the amenities you need to relax and wait for your flight. The atmosphere is nice and inviting, there’s coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine, and alcohol, and the food selection is good as well. The service is quite impeccable, with smiles and timely info for your departure gate.Food: 5/5
This lounge was absolutely rubbish Poor quality food little choice sandwiches minus filling empty trays not refilled. The bar area was ok however no attention to detail no lemon offered for G & T etcFood: 1/5
Typically Plaza lounge standard which is low! Not so good! This lounge already better as it is quite clean n bright! However all hot foods are not hot and only like warm! Cups are sometimes dirty! Need better management!Food: 3/5
The hospitality in this lounge is amazing, staff friendly and big one. It has multiple options to meet our needs. You just sometime needs to book when its busy. I suggest when you first enter in go straight to the lounge and book. They have another one cold Blush in the same terminal 4 the accept priority pass or VISAs with free access to lounges Wheelchair accessibility: accessibility
