This is a small and compact airport lounge. Fairly average.nnThere are about 8 really nice, individual booth seats, but all were taken when I was there.nnThe food was slightly above average. The choice was very limited.nnWith the customary large window frontage of the planes, it kept the kids busy who were in the lounge.nnAs the lounge was free of use with an airport lounge pass I have, I can't comment on prices. The alcohol was not all-inclusive, but I wasn't drinking alcohol.
I had a very bad experience using this lounge. It is crucial to educate the front desk about customer service. The lady at the front desk is very rude.nnThe lounge is very crowded, the washrooms are not clean, and the sinks are clogged. The furniture is old and worn out.nnI am quite surprised that the LHR airport authority has not taken any action regarding this lounge.n*Please avoid this lounge if you are paying for it.
It must have been premium about 20 years ago. Dirty and badly worn furniture. Stained and smelly carpets. Cheapest possible cutlery and crockery. Basic and poorly prepared food. Staff struggling to speak English, uninterested in serving. Coffee cups are dirty on a disgusting dirty trays. Feels like you’re in the 3rd world. I would avoid this place in the future.
Good place to relax whilst waiting for the boarding. Limited vegetarian options are available. They don't have vegan food, even the breads , cakes, muffins are having eggs. The receptionist at the counter wasn't friendly 08-Jan-2024 06:00, she had a serious expression with no smile, no greetings at the customers. Fresh juice , salads and coffee are good.nHope they provide vegan cake options in future. Not even a croissant was available in the eggless option.
This was a really nice lounge that had a wide variety of seating options. I was there very early on a Monday morning and there was a big selection of breakfast options to choose from that tasted pretty good. The lounge has a pretty nice atmosphere and the design and decor is definitely a step up compared to other Priority Pass airport lounges. The lounge got quite a bit busier as the morning but I still really enjoyed my time.
