05.01.2023 Easy place to find, very helpful staff. Cafe was open and inexpensive. No outdoor food allowed in soft play. Large soft play area with 4 slides, wrecking ball, baby area, ball pit. Lots of seating for families. Toilets in same area.
Great fun for my almost 2yr old. Always quiet during term time. Very reasonably priced.
Not sure what has happened but it's really gone downhill recently. We were the first people through the door this morning and it's filthy. There is food under every table including meat, crisps etc. The floor is so slippery it's almost unsafe. We have been coming here almost weekly for 2 years including having and attending birthdays here and it's now time to find somewhere else I think!
This place is quite good but I would say avoid the cafe...Nice friendly staff but over priced products. A good place for a rainy day but not one of Stowmarket's finest if I'm honest.
This place is in a shocking state. Food all over the floor and tables with clearly absolutely no attempt made at cleaning it. Never used to be this bad, it's not like it is busy, currently there are 4 children here including ours. No sign of any staff
Went during the week early afternoon and the children loved it. Not too manic, very clean
What has happened? I came here 3 weeks ago with my son. It says on the website they open at 9.15 a.m for the soft play. On arrival we went to the door for soft play we were after this time. No one on the desk. So we went around to the other door of the leisure centre. After being let through and getting to the soft play no one had put the lights on. Whilst my son and I went off to play I noticed a tray if empty bottles and rubbish left upstairs that is used for parties! Clearly from the day before. On leaving we left the red door only to the get trapped between both doors. Lucky thing there was another family who had noticed and pressed the button to let us out. What a shame my youngest normally likes it here but no one on the desk, or lights on. Not sure we will return
Visited first time today. Staff were pleasant, friendly and the place was clean. Love the seperate different areas, lots for the kids to explore. However the cafe was well overpriced at £10 for a bottle of drink, a bag of crisps & a sandwich. I have taken both of my grandchildren here for swim and play. Reception staff lovely and friendly, pool ok and soft play brilliant. Ate in the cafe and the food was lovely with competitive pricing. The Polish lady in the cafe is a star, very friendly and went out of her way to talk to the kids. Great day out for a good price.
Kids had a great time here. Coffee also good
