Always a nice play area for the children. Good sensible food at the cafeteria and not too many sweets on offer at the vending machines. Wheelchair accessible. Clean toilets and a baby changing and feeding room

5 easy steps on how to book a Birthday Party with swimming session at Playworld. Step 1 - Ring to ask for information and wait for someone to ring you back because they're not sure about prices and general information. Step 2 - Wait for the return call, ask your questions, check availability on said day and get the all clear. Step 3 - Check with all the kids parents, ring back the next day to book and wait for someone to say.. "I'm afraid it won't be possible because we're hosting a big event on that day and catering won't be available.. Would you like to book it for next weekend?" Step 4 - Check with kids parents again for next weekend, ring back to book and wait for someone to say.. "I'm really sorry but I've just realized that the swimming pool will be closed on that day" Step 5 - Be overwhelmed with Playworld brilliant customer service, be delighted with the look of disappointment of your 7 year old and be overjoyed with the experience...

My daughter had her party here on Sunday (25/3/18) and it was a very well organised and stress free experience. The lady looking after us was very on-the-ball and checking in on the party frequently and topping juice up before it ran out. Over all, couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Really great place for kids. Easy to keep track of where your kids are and so much for them to do. Food available is well priced and varied. Especially good in the summer when it expands to include the bowls hall

Children had a great time, large area to play in, three levels to explore. Though I can imagine it could be not so good if it's really busy.
