Went to watch ' An evening with Michael Bublé , featuring Josh Hindle and his live band '. Went on a Friday evening the tickets were £16. Great singing and the live band were fabulous. Packed out , fun atmosphere had a brilliant time. Very cheap drinks and snacks, £3.60 for a gin and lemonade and a regular coke, 50p a bag of crisps and £1.25 a bag of sweets or chocolate. Staff friendly, amazing service. Will definitely be visiting regularly from now on. Can't recommend enough.
Playhouse 2 is considered a Hidden Gem of Shaw... and deservedly so. It is a small theatre but packs a great punch. I go there for its amateur dramatic productions of plays, about 6 a year, and there are fantastically produced, very professional in my opinion. I also attend their film afternoons, with refreshments. Music too, and a pantomime this year. In conclusion, go there, it's great, or volunteer to help out. You won't regret it.
Fantastic little venue. Great location for any kind of gig. Watched Mothershipled zeppelin tributestupendous in every way.
Excellent experience. Went to see Gaslight tonight and loved it, would highly recommend would of paid more for the tickets and at the bar, they are underselling themselves. The playhouse is clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly. I will be definitely going back.

Lovely theatre, combination of drama, films, concerts. Fabulous atmosphere and Season tickets are great value £40 for 5 plays.
Good venue but pity you can't get drinks when bands playing
Went for the panto with a 3year old and we all really enjoyed it. Great little theatre, will come again.
Loved it,went to see SIX. Had a fantastic night, loved the performance.
Shaw Playhouse 2 is lovely and has a nice little bar, we enjoy it there every time we go.
