it was a terrible terrible experience choosing playpod over others. Absolutely unprofessional staff first there was no party host and everything was such a mess. After our pointing out they sent in canteen girl to look into and even she ran away in 2 mins ..the lady sitting at reception was busy eating all thru the party and was stopping each individual who came with a sibling to pay before stepping in despite their explaining that they have just come to drop the child with invitation..anything for money no courtesy awful so embarrassing..then they closed disco room doors without switching on the air cons/ there was so much suffocation inside and the reason they gave was other guests are getting disturbed anyways there were only 2 people sitting outside and they were so important that she chose to suffocate all of us despite booking a party...awful awful absolutely pathetic..never ever recommend, unprofessional, money minded, no service..choose something else to avoid disappointment.. save yr day and mood.
