Dave was professional and friendly, he understood and respected our connection to our home which was important to us - it wasn’t just another house to sell, it was our family home. From here, we dealt with Scott and Jon who were both completely brilliant. I have used Platinum for many years now, they helped me sell a couple of properties in the past, and now they look after a property that I rent out. Jon Stanley has recently sorted a new tenant for my property , he was so professional and quickly responded to all of my queries , and sorting out the checks promptly. I have used Platinum for 10 years now for my rental and whenever my property has any issues I find the contractors they use act really promptly and always quote with reasonable prices when they carry out any jobs. I wouldn't use anyone else to manage my property. Big thanks to Platinum and keep up the fabulous work.
We have just closed on our first house and Scott was the estate agent for it. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, answering all my questions, letting us view the house numerous times and chased the solicitors for us. Fantastic customer service, friendly and great communication!
We have just finished a 6 months rental with Platinum and we would highly recommend them. We dealt with Jon Stanley in the main and he was superb both at the beginning of the rental with the checks and financial aspects but also during the rental term. When a couple of things cropped up Jon dealt with them quickly and professionally. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Dave was really helpful for the purchase of our house. I regret not using them for our sale the difference between professionalism and helpfulness was vast. I received a notification from Rightmove on Thursday about a two-bedroom duplex apartment available on Chester Road, Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port. I immediately sent an email and called the helpline. I spoke with a lady who confirmed that the apartment was still available. She mentioned they were in the process of collating inquiries and yet to receive directives to proceed with viewings. She assured me she would get back to me regarding the viewing. She took down my name and phone number. On Friday, I followed up with another email, but I received no response. I then decided to visit their office in person on Saturday, only to be told that four people had already been taken to view the house yesterdaywhich was on Friday. Despite my requests, the staff member who attended to me didn't even take down my contact information for future lettings. This experience was disappointing, especially since I had heard similar complaints about a lack of transparency. It seems the listing on Rightmove was just for formality, as they already had specific people in mind for the property. I wish you all the best.
