Fantastic service from Platinum Emergency Services today. The engineer James called me to let me know he was on his way and how long he would be. When he arrived he quickly located the cause of my boiler failure, he explained what he had found and what he needed to do to too rectify the problem. Once the work was completed he was able to offer advice on other non-urgent issues that he had noticed with my heating system and tips for heating the house more efficiently. He made sure all questions I had were answered and that I was happy with everything before he left. 10/10 would use again and really recommend giving them a call if your boiler packs in and your left without hot water!

Excellent service! The lady on the phone was helpful and sympathetic and sorted out a fast emergency time. When James (the engineer) arrived, he was really quick and calm and explained everything really well. Saved our Christmas so all in all extremely happy and couldn't be more impressed!

5 star service from James this afternoon!!! 1st time using Platinum Emergency Services and I cannot fault them one bit - from the ease of appointment setup to all associated communications through to onsite review and works carried out was all of an incredibly high standard!!! Thank you guys!!! James was highly knowledgeable and professional. James kindly called in advance to let me know where he was with expected arrival time which was much appreciated. His patience and detailed explanations with what he was doing and why was very helpful and most welcome. I would not hesitate to use Platinum Emergency Services again.

Very pleased - James was extremely helpful and once we figured out what the problem was (PCB), fixed it in record time. Definitely worth the rate they charge. Would recommend

It was freezing, the boiler packed up, kids were cold, we were all wearing our coats not the house so we called Platinum and James came and saved the night. Great communication throughout, very reasonably priced, turned up in 45 minutes from the call out and talked us through the options. Fixed the boiler, we were got warm and had hot showers. Good tradespeople are hard to find... So glad we found them!
