There are only two positives to Platform - friendly concierge, and an amazing community of neighbours. One star goes to them.nnThe location is great one star goes to it, however, due to it being so central, the security risk is very high. This is something Platform never mentions - vandalism of the building's communal spaces, trespassers, parcel theft and more are very frequent and make this place quite the security risk.nnI will not go into detail because the security risk only truly affects people who might live on the first floor due to the balcony being accessible to the public but not to residents they have now installed spikes to help stop the trespassers, this is only mildly effective and it took them 3.5 years to fix - however, should I have known that, I would've never moved here. As an example, one night, a guy was slamming a brick into the building front door made of glass. Another example, public youth trespassing and throwing parties in the lounge and vandalising it- as someone living on first floor, I have to pass the lounge to go out - this. is. not. safe.nnIt is very difficult to leave the Platform contract due to the year-long break clause. And in all honesty, I'd probably give Platform 4 stars if it was easier to leave, especially after raising these security concerns which I have. But alas, I am stuck in my contract until September.nnOverall, I did make friends for life here. However, I'd appreciate if I were able to do that under safer circumstances.
The property is comfortable and part furnished to good standards. The location makes it easy to access public transport. The concierge Georgie is friendly and made my move into the property easy,
The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the comfortable furnishings provided at additional cost made us feel at home. The view from the apartment was also a delightful bonus, offering a glimpse of the vibrant cityscape.nnThe property management team was friendly and responsive- Lee and Sarvesh. Their attention to detail and prompt communication made us feel great.nnThe only issue was with availability we wanted to move in asap but they had no immediate availability.
The management team was friendly and responsive throughout the entire rental process. They promptly addressed any maintenance issues that arose and were always available to answer my questions. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel valued as a tenantnSarvesh and team doing a great job
I have been hunting for a house in Bracknell. A place, I can call home. And I believe I found it with Platform. Perfectly located, spacious apartments with modern facilities. Beautifully managed and helpful staff, patiently guiding you. Special mention to the Resident Manager - Sarvesh. He has helped me to find the best place.
