Great time at the garden centre today with the falcons, really friendly and informative Kids had a great time holding the birds Hopefully there back here soon would recommend for anyone wanting to come and hold the birds
Great experience with this garden centre - love the choice of products and they had a great sale on during my visit. We found a garden table set we really want in the deal but had difficulty arranging delivery as we required delivery within the week ready for the following weekend - the day set for our area delivery was fully booked but the sales assistant was really helpful and was able to work out an alternative for us! We received the set yesterday and I went to build today only to find some bolts missing! But as soon as I called to talk the shop they immediately sent over someone to deliver the missing parts. Excellent service, I highly recommend this garden centre! Thank you!
Visited specifically to look at house plants. Plenty of parking, and a nice flow to the store. Unfortunately some of the prices were shocking. I know diversity is survival in retail but it would be nice to see a garden centre full of good quality plants at a decent price rather than bbqs and overpriced ornaments. It was a nice visit but not to buy anything unfortunately.
Cafe: Tried the food a few times, ordering different things hoping will be better then the others, but appalling quality. Main meal prices around £14-£15, kids !!!!!£7!!! I've expect a Michelin star Mac and cheese for my son after paying £22 for one adult and one kids meal. The cheapest frozen ingredients turned into microwaved meals for high end prices. Looking around the majority of their clientele were elderly people and families with kids, I wouldn't have the cheek... Someone who worked at hospitality for a very long time it's sad to see this company taking advantage of their customers.
Fancied a coffee and a snack - but saw the specials board - Liver, Bacon and onions with creamy mash! Had to have one. My wife had a home made tomato soup that she really liked - I had the Liver meal - but asked for it with chips. It was great. Chunky chips, a good portion of liver with good quality bacon and amazing gravy. The order placing was a bit slow as the only person taking orders was also making the hot drinks. Food arrived quickly - oh, with peas and broccoli too.
Had to wait for two meals whilst the other four in party ate their lunch. Made two requests to staff to chase up order, 15 minutes later one correct meal arrived and one we did not order. Another 10mins then the toasted sandwich arrived. Shocked at how the meal prices have increased so much.
Such a lovely garden centre/ shop. The cafe is wonderful, serving great food, hot drinks, and milkshakes! They have a wide variety of products to shop around which makes it worth taking your time walking around everything. The staff are lovely people, and the animals on sale are so cute!
I would like to say big thank you to your staff member Molly. She saved my day unplanned ladies problem. Which, she kindly helped with. I would just like to also mention, that without her help, things would of been a little awkward. It would be great if you could possibly unstall ladies machines in the toilets, to avoid embarrassing situations
My first visit. I will visit again.Cafe lovely - staff lovely. The indoor goods - a good selection. The out door centre was super - a very good selection of plants.I thought ALL water features were excellent - an excellent display
Young lady in aquatics was very helpful and efficient and the price of the item I bought was very competitive. I got the impression that the person on the till had just cashed her till up and was a little aggreived that they had to open money bags to complete my purchase. It was thirty minutes before closing I admit but the item I needed was important for the welfare of my aquarium.
