Wonderfully warm and welcoming. Staff, very friendly and happy to help. Good food drinks and snacks are available and reasonably priced. Plenty of seating and tables to sit and have coffee, ect, all cleaned regularly. The play area looked clean, safe, and viewable from seating area. Good value for playtime for the children. Good Parking available.
So me and My Fiancee have our Grankids over from Spain so because they are so boisterous we decided to go to Planet Play to tire themselves out with our Two daughters. So we turned up on the day, Ample parking including one disabled bay, Planet Play take cash or cardCard is a Minimum of £5 spend, We paid for 4 adults and 3 kids £26 for 90 minutes if you want to extend your stay by Half an Hour it is £2 per ChildAdults are then Free, you hand over your trainers and they go in a locker, If you don't have socks on you have to buy some from the venueHygiene and Cleanliness. The Play centre is huge and definitely great value for money, Polite and Friendly staff, They sell drinks, Sweets etc, The Play centre has plenty of seats and tables with chairs, Play centre has something for everyone but limited for Babies/Toddlers but still excellent fun and the tables and place was really clean. 5 Kids Loved It.
I have been to this play center on a few occasions, and I have tried to overlook the subtle racism from the staff. However, today was the last straw for me. The staff was incredibly rude. First, they wouldn't allow my younger child to play even though they are under the normal age limit. Then, every 30 minutes, they kept reminding me that my older child needed to put his shoes on, basically wanting him to stay seated. The final straw was when they mistakenly asked me if another black child was mine. I will never set foot there again.
Fantastic place, my grandkids, nieces and nephews absolutely love it, we've been many times now. Biggest and cleanest soft play we've ever been to with things to entertain all ages. Staff were all friendly, good selection of drinks and crisp etc. Adults are also able to go on it which the kids love!
Lovely place for kids to play, IF they let them in! We took a 10 year old and 7 year old today but they wouldn't let us in because the 10 year old was about a millimetre over the 'height restriction', despite the fact that fully grown adults go on the equipment! Not to mention having to pay per adult even if you're not going on the equipment and a baby of 5 months old who can't even use any of the equipment. Ridiculous 2 disappointed children with nothing to do now.
Visited today its now 7.50 per child over 18mths old, and 2 pounds for adults for 90 mins So I will be going other places in future which are much cheeper especially when you have a few children.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
Lovely birthday party. My kids celebrated their joint birthday on Sunday and it was awesome. We had the best hosts ever Kylie. She was helping us with everything, always with her smile on her face. My children and our guests had lots of fun and all were very happy. We could see how much she likes working with kids. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure.
Awful experience, took my 2 autistic children, also too my 16 yr old nephew to go in with them as I wasn’t able to due to a health condition, staff outright refused him entry, I would have been willing to pay too, anyhow, both my children were screaming with fear, my son had managed to get himself up near the top somewhere and did not understand how to get back down, staff could hear him and just kept looking over at me. These places should be SEND friendly, the 2 female staff were rude, unapproachable, we will not be returning
It is an ok play gym, we visited over weekend and it was over crowded, not a single table free and they were still letting people in. It is a disgrace that they charge extra £2 for adults to get in on top of £6.50 per child. In our big group two kids were taller and were not allowed to play but were still charged for "using the space". Car parking is a night mare during busy times and we won't call staff rude, they were just not friendly. Didn't feel like a clean place and we will not be going or recommending. We didn't stay long and went to nearby Trampoline place instead.
Awful attitude from management, very unfriendly and come across rude. Would rather stand and watch a child crying than compromise. Quite a shame as facilities are nice, but won't be paying to have my child be around miserable adult staffVisited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedNot sure
