Never really had a problem here, however I don't know that I'll be using them again. Prices were higher than on the website and honestly, the results weren't worth it. I paid £48 for acrylic nails with french tips. When they'd finished, from afar they looked fine and I was happy. However when I got home and looked closer I noticed that they'd done a pretty poor job shown in pictures
The quality of the service at planet nails is impeccable. I love the result and also the quality. My nails are lasting perfectly until they grow out! Great price too.
I have a shellac manicure every couple of weeks, and have been coming to Planet Nails for the last three years. Millie and Tony are lovely, they both do a fantastic job. Perfectly prepped, shaped and painted, they last 2-3 weeks. Great colour range for Shellac, nail varnish and SNS. Very good prices for the excellent quality and service.

went to get my nails done on xmas eve for Christmas and new years. i asked for just plain red oval acrylics. the guy gave me almond instead i have anxiety which is why i didn’t speak up about it so lol which is annoying bc i can barely do anything with the pointy tip. bare in mind, i had told him i wanted oval shape minutes before. when i left to meet up with my sister who also had her nails done there, she noticed that mine were all wonky and i still had nail polish on my skin. my guy also kept huffing too, which made me feel awkward. she wanted almond nude base with green tips. he gave her coffin nails with a peach base instead. mine cost £43 and hers cost £48ish but considering the price for basic one colour no pattern nails for example mine, they look unprofessionally done. i understand that it was christmas eve but by the time we both sat in the chairs to get them done, it was not busy compared to when we arrived to begin with. apparently the prices also doubled for basic acrylics, whether that be due to christmas time or inflation, but in my opinion the job wasn’t done as outstanding as all these other reviews said so. most likely won’t be going here again :/Service: Acrylic nails
AMAZING, I got my nails done here for the first time recently and they look perfect and haven’t chipped or broken or anything they are the perfect nails
