We went for a day out. Was extremely fun, the staff were nice throughout. Would definitely recommend
Great place for skating with family and little ones. There are an odd few who are having lessons or are professionals who share the ice rink too with us newbies too. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because at the skate pick up counter, the young girl was quite rude to myself and other people who couldn't hear her. She was friendly or welcoming at all!
Went Friday night 7:45pm - 10pm. Great atmosphere. Lots of skating time, but it goes so quickly! The man behind the skate hire counter, Connor, was incredibly helpful. He kept stuff safe for me behind the counter and got an ice pack for me when a person in our group hurt her hand. Thank you Connor for all of your help! Would recommend this place! A good experience and friendly staff!
We have been refused entry because we had Costa coffee with us and when we asked about there was not information about it they showed us this sign which is not showing anything about bringing drinks in, there were lots of empty Costa coffee around but I was stoped and I had to stay outside when my kids were inside.
Had a good time only problem we had was that we waited 15 mins for skates when there was only two people infront of us, the guy serving looked like it was his first day asking someone else at the back for every move he did which took alot of valuable time up as it's pretty expensive.
