Appalling Surgery. You can never get an apt and when calling on the day all apts are gone by 8.01. When you manage to get through they haven't got a clue. They don't book you in keeping you waiting in the surgery for 50minutes. Most recently I was unwell at the weekend and had paramedics out. Paramedics can't give medication so loaded their notes to my gp system and said my gp would provide medication. Its now 3 days later and the surgery still haven't done it. They haven't provided a sick note either and I've had to arrange someone to go 3 times to collect to be told its still not ready. The text service is down so even though they stated my sick note would be sent via text and staff refused to print it out I still haven't received it. Avoid at all costs!
Ridiculous and disgusting how they make people wait and especially how they treat people call at 8 o clock wait 1 hour boom sorry no appointments available so people are waiting hours for them to pick up and say no appointments available is it hard to pick up straight away and say it ? Until you give people an appointment oh gosh is this a joke ??? You let people suffer! I have register my kids in bham gp cuz ettinghshall is lost !
SEVEN times today I've attempted to call . Why ain't anyone answering . I'm still unwell and need to re book an appointment due to bloods test results . Plus light headed still , it's vital I have an appointment booked. So frustrating. Oh look second day running and still you don't answer the phone!!!!! Edit ; will never forgive Dr. Chobanyan and the receptionists. Messed me about and also chobanyan caused me that much distress , and mental health I'm having to seek counciling, specially the fact when she told me my spleen is out of place when it isn't !!!!
Another poor experience at this beyond useless medical establishment. They really need some proper training on how to work with patients, the nursing team need upskilling I’m thinking outside the box than a basic question and answer session using a template. This is the absolute worst Gp practice I have ever had to endure. CQC need to properly evaluate.
The worst doctors I've ever had. It's impossible to get an appointment as the line doesn't even go through! Useless. I will be taking my complaint further
They tell people to call at 8 o clock so you call them all appoitments are gone by 8:01 before they pick up they will literally let people suffer and also they say go a&e they tell us go to your gp this is just a shame on them not on us people worst gp practice in Wolverhampton!
I ordered a repeat prescription on the 31st of October and today the 8th of November I’ve had to ring to find out why my prescription hadn’t been done to be told that it was pending and it would be put through for a doctor to approve why has it taken over a week for it to be sent to a doctor
Absolutely shocking! I wish I had other options when it come to healthcare. But unfortunately I’m stuck here. This doctors sent me a text 2 weeks ago asking me to fill in a questionnaire about my asthma, I filled in the form a few hours after receiving the text and received another text which said I’d get a call back within 2 days. No such call came. Fast forward to the Wednesday the week after, and I’ve missed a phone call from the doctors. I check my phone and they text me telling me I have missed an appointment and the doctor will try again in 10-15 minutes. No second call even come through to my phone, bearing in mind I’d only missed the call by 7 minutes. Then had a snotty text telling me I need to rebook. I was never even given an appointment in the first place, so when I called to ask what was going to happen as it wasn’t my fault the appointment was missed, I was told “phone again at 8am tomorrow”. Do you think people don’t have jobs? We aren’t all unemployed in Bilston you know. Why can’t we just book an appointment in advance for my day off when I don’t have to continuously leave work for your convenience. And now today, I’m in quite a bit of pain and have called the doctors at 8am, waited 40 minutes to be taken off hold. I was told the doctor would call me back, and here I am still waiting for a call back, and still on hold whilst I’m trying to chase the doctors. This place is an absolute shambles and Dr Rai should be absolutely ashamed of it. Since he has taken over it has been 10x worse than it was before. Sick of never getting anywhere with my health, and you wonder why people would rather go up A&E or walk ins!!!
Health and beyond how you barely provide health assistance and never once go beyond should be called useless and don't care been having chest pains for 5 days hospital send me home and say go to gp then go cancel on me 10 minutes before and say I should be going to hospital absolute joke people are going to end up dieing and not being able to do anything about it
Disgraceful telephone waiting times... Today, I was "caller number one" for 1 hour 24 minutes until I hung up out of sheer frustration... It's now early evening and I still haven't been able to speak to anyone.
