Following a holiday late last year I was determined to find some moodballs which the hotel bar had. We do lots of BBQ’s and entertaining and these will compliment of garden decor so well. Mood balls are not cheap, I even looked to import them direct from China myself but the numbers just don’t stack. After much google, amazon and eBay searching I found PK Green and dropped them an email through. Both Pravin and Alice were excellent, answering all my questions and reassuring me on the quality of the product. After all these are not cheap. We finally agreed that I would visit their warehouse to view the mood balls myself before taking a final leap of faith. The quality on the surface seem excellent and after posting a photo of Facebook there’s a lot of love for these. Highly recommended.

I bought a really great solar-powered water pump kit for my pond from PK Green. It works really well and it's exciting to see the fountain working purely on energy from the sun! It's a strong pump and does exactly what the description said it would do. I was also impressed by the level of service from the customer care team when I had a query about my order.

Had to contact customer service about a fault. They responded quickly to calls and emails and came to a quick decision on how to resolve my problem. I was very happy with the product I had bought and really pleased with the support from customer service when I needed them 3 months after the purchase.

I have had many PK Green products and all have been great quality. When I recently needed help to replace a missing charging cable, their customer service was excellent. David was particularly helpful in tracking down the lead I needed - nothing was too much trouble - thank you!
