I have been using PK Autos for well over 10 years now. In that time I’ve used them for MOTs, services, fitting various parts and even re mapping. I take my BMW and Transit van which are both very important to me as my wife uses the car every day for work and as a business owner myself I use the van to do my work. There have been times where I’ve rang Paul and his team at a drop of a hat when either vehicle has had a problem and they bend over backwards to get me back on the road as they are aware I need the vehicles (especially my van) to earn a living. I’m given a courtesy vehicle on arrival and my repairs are done as quickly as possible. I can’t speak more highly of them to be honest, I have recommended them to all my family and friends who now only use them. They go out of their way to resolve any problems and are a very professional garage in my opinion. Thank you PK Autos for all the times you’ve helped in the past

Brilliant garage and service. Very helpful and friendly staff would not go anywhere else and all work is guaranteed, price was as quoted just want to say thanks again.

You call yourself a professional and a respected company? A professional company would have been more than capable of carrying out a full service, without writing off the engine in our car. This was due to sheer incompetence however we are being told it was down to a faulty part!!! Talk about pass the buck. This said ‘faulty part’ was sent off to be checked and despite being told that you have a report we still haven’t seen a copy. Not even the insurance company has seen a copy although you told us that you have sent this by email. This man lies and lies. We bought our beautiful 100% mint car to this garage in good faith and put our trust in you. Over a month on and our car still sits outside your workshop. Just left there. Luckily his insurance provided us with a hire vehicle, but this is only temporary. With 3 children 1 of whom uses a wheelchair we need a large reliable car, which we currently do not have. Through absolutely no fault of our own. In response to your work ethic when we phoned you to inform you of the car breaking down on a freezing cold day and oil leaking all over the road with my disabled daughter and wife inside... you pleaded with me not to involve Bmw stating they would make something up and make the situation worse. Very strange from someone who on serveral occasion has said they have nothing to hide!!!!!!! It would appear the car will eventually end up with the professional Bmw centre if he bothers to contact them and hopefully we will have an answer and a satisfactory conclusion. I would seriously advise anyone wishing to have their car serviced PLEASE do not to take it to this garage. If you value your vehicle and don’t want weeks possibly months of hassle and stress stay away and take it to the professionals..just wish we had, funny thing is we were warned by several people not to use them in the first place. We’ve certainly learnt the hard way. This man will no doubt respond to this review with more lies..

Awful company We took our mint condition car in for a full service and it came out with a written off engine! Due to their incompetence. It’s now costing us a fortune to put right as our car has now halved in value. So much stress and upset caused I would not recommend this place
