Packed Friday night but didn't struggle to book a table for 2 at 7pm a few days before. Every member of staff we encountered was absolutely 'on it' friendly and attentive, and the only time I had to ask for something was the cheque at the end. All 3 courses of food were delicious and I'd highly recommend this independent local restaurant over any well-known chain that you'd find near a cinema or city centre.

Great venue. Staff are professional although I have found 1 of the female waiters to be a blunt and unfriendly. Food is lovely, the mains especially. Didn't think the tiramsu was very nice and I've had nicer from a supermarket. Overall it is good value, always busy.Food: 5/5

Had a fantastic Sirloin steak in peppercorn sauce, cooked to perfection. Starter was also delicious, home made potato and leek soup . This was about our 4th visit, never displappoints each time , we will certainly be returning.Food: 5/5
Right now I am in a delightful food coma after visiting this gem of an Italian restaurant in the heart of Ashton Under Lyne. Tonight 10 of us dined here. From the moment I made the booking for my family till we ate our absolute fill & left the restaurant- the staff have been nothing short of wonderful. Upon entering, we were shown to our table by friendly & courteous staff. We ordered drinks & our starters and mains. I had the chicken liver pate for my starter much to my family’s dismay as they aren’t fond of it. Though it looked like chocolate mousse & jam to everyone else, I happily tucked into my delicious starter which was followed by a scrumptious flat pasta main with goats cheese & mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Everyone at my tabled loved their food. The pace was perfect, every dish was hot not to mention tasty & everyone’s food arrived together. The staff were super attentive & gave us halal options - the chicken is halal. They also made sure there was no alcohol in any of our orders. What I absolutely loved was that each of our requests were accommodated in a professional & efficient manner - even when we asked if there was somewhere to pray after our meal. We were given a designated space which was hugely appreciated by us. Desserts & hot drinks followed. Again the staff members let us know which ones might contain alcohol. By the time we finished we were very happy & content. It is definitely a restaurant we will be returning to & though my waist line might not thank me for it, I will happily eat my carbs here on a treat day knowing each mouthful is worth the wait! A really lovely experience ~ thank you to all your brilliant staff especially the ones working tonight & hats off to the chef! Dietary restrictions: We asked for halal options the chicken is halal & for our food to be made without alcohol. The restaurant was super accommodating! Parking: After 6pm its free in the side streets around the restaurant.
Absolutely divine!! If I could give more stars I would! We all went as a family meal for my sister in laws birthday. Clean, good atmosphere & Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff were very attentive & friendly, we didn’t have to wait too long for our food or drinks. The food was served nice & hot, you could tell fresh, quality ingredients had been used, well presented & tastes amazing!! Would highly recommend this restaurant.
Three of us dined yesterday. We asked for a 40 minute break between our starters and mains. Told no problem by the head waiter and just to ask when we wanted our meal preparing. The food turned up after 20 minutes. Seems our table had asked for the mains. No we had not. The head waiter brought the food, I told him "this is a surprise" he said it was to him also. No apology. Our friends sea bass was dry and overdone, my Steak Diane was not hot enough. The fillet steak rossini was well done when the order had been for medium rare. My husband complained and the waiter asked him to check the middle?? What for? It was overdone. A new meal arrived but my husband ate alone as we had finished ours. We were charged half price for the fillet steak but that wasn't the point. The food had been prepared deliberately early because the restaurant didn't want to stay open after 10 p.m. Simple. We won't be returning.
I come here all the time & it is honestly the BEST Italian restaurant I have been to & it gets better every time. The staff are lovely, the food is unreal & the atmosphere makes you feel warm & fuzzy! Highly recommend! Holly x
Can't recommend this restaurant enough amazing service and amazing food... 100% our 2nd time there last night for my Brothers birthday.. definitely be returning Food: 5/5
