In university I frequently ate at the on campus Pizza Pizza. That pizza had a thick layer of cheese, a great sauce and plenty of toppings. When one opened in Dartmouth I was really excited. It turned out to be disappointing. The pizza from this location has a pathetically thin layer of cheese. I've had a few pizzas from here that had so little cheese that you could, in places, see the sauce under the cheese. You have to pay extra for "extra cheese" just to get the amount of cheese you'd get on a regular pizza from competitors and it's still less cheese as the other location. The ingredients are fine but they can be stingy.
This is a review for their chicken subbrand, Chicken Chicken owned by Pizza Pizza. Same idea as Pizza Hut and Wing Street. I got 20 skin wings for $30 and they do have a breading option for the same price. You can get the wings tossed in sauce or on the side, i got mine tossed in the Hot Honey. They have a wide selection of sauces too which is nice. My wings were big and meaty and the sauce was very generously tossed on the wings! Not cheap hence 4/5 stars but if they had a wing night where the wings were a $1/wing, this would be 5/5 stars as they wings are very good! I recommend trying it out for sure! I ordered through Door Dash and had no issues at all. I know they also use UberEATS as well and possibly Skip the Dishes.
Pathetic service. The driver couldn’t access our order in their system. Had to call and have the guy on the phone enter it all over again even the custom order. Took about 5-10 mins while our pizza was getting cold. By the time we actually got our pizza it was cold and late and the didn’t honor their delivery guarantee. Never again Pizza Pizza.
Their call line is terrible, they are hard to talk to and will not do deliveries to or house which is 7 minutes away. When you ask a question or ask to get transferred they either hang up on you or transfer you somewhere you never get someone to talk to. Absolutely ridiculous would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered a vegetarian pizza and guess what..there was a big chunk of bacon in it. I called them but nobody responded back, went to the store directly and the only thing he said was "will take care of it the next time". No professionalism at all, not even apologies offered..terrible experience..cant say enough!!
This is the best place to buy amazing pizza. People are so nice they really take care of their customers. They offer delivery and it was so fast i got my order on time. I love to visit this place.
I'm not one to bash any food establishment but we ordered a couple pizzas recently and they both had an extremely small amount of toppings. Like the BBQ chicken pizza literally had one small piece of chicken on each slice. And a Donair pizza had the thinnest cuts of Donair meat and inches away from the edge so basically it was one thing slice of Donair on that one too. Kinda disappointed by that, but live and learn I guess. Can't say I'd be returning.
Literally got a call from them to receive the pizza in 5 mins, got there within 2 mins of receiving the call. The person inside saw us but told us the store is close, turnouts the pizza wasn't even made yet and they simply played it off. If stuff like this is supposed to happen, it's better to cancel the order saying that we can't make it cause it's too late rather making that person rush over to the store and finding out that it was just a pretend call to play it safe. Timings as follows: order at around 23.53, got a call saying the pizza is ready at 00.01 saying that the order is ready. Got here on 00.03 and the store was unresponsive, even after the worker saw us.
Super friendly staff, but pizza was the greasiest I've ever consumed.... Ever. Not sure we'll be back, unfortunately.Food: 3/5
