Used to be the place to go in Porth, but now they get orders wrong so often since employing 15 year olds who have stinking attitudes on the phone and don't really take notice of what you're ordering. Also the delivery times are now a joke, considering they have about 6 drivers on shift, my order still took almost 2 hours to arrive. And I live less than a mile away. I was told I'd have a free kebab or pizza next time I was in due to this poor service and when I mentioned it there was no record of it, but I was offered a measly £2 off my food instead
I tried to order from them tonight to be told by the lady on the phone. We never taken orders up your way I’ve had orders from the past two years the attitude of the lady was absolutely shocking I would avoid there’s no customer service whatsoever they don’t resolve any issues when you phone them to avoid if you want. Good customer service
Had the 1/2 cheese burger meal with a Pepsi, lastnight & it was lovely thank you. I usually have you amazing pizza & of course the 16” lol one of the best pizza’s in the Rhondda. Keep up the great work, you all do. great delivery service, so friendly & food is always piping hot
Ordered food at 20.40 arrived at 23.15. Chips were rubbery and cold and kebab was just grease. Never again
Absolutely shocking , placed and order at 7:50 it’s not passed midnight I even called two hours Later and they said it was on the way and it never arrived , we waited all night aswell. I will never ever order again after this.
Good food friendly staff and reasonable prices
Sa they open but yet dont answer the phone just leave it ringing do r 20 mins instead ov saying the ain't got no delivery drivers working yet
Good food but terribly slow service and in my oppinion expensive.
If I could choose a lower star I would,the chips are huge it was like eating from a stake house, the chicken was so tough my teeth are wobbling what a waste of my money
Normally go for the chicken Donner and chips , fresh spot on best in rhonda
