After a mishap with the delivery neighbors got our order we were apologised to and and got our order soon after. Plus some added extras. These things happen but the way you deal with them as a business says a lot. These guys were great so will def order again.
i ordered this pizza on the 25th of august and when it turned up it was still very warm i had a pizza with bacon and my mate had another pizza i forgot anyway the bacon on the pizza looked great and when i had a bite of it, it didn't taste artificial or anything just good bacon and i had some fries with the order great meal good price for feeding 2 people and overall good experience. sadly my most recent order gave me food poisoning still very nice food just the day after at work felt real ill. but this establishment is usually very good food i think it was the chicken i had but couldve been half the pizza.
This used to be a great delivery pizza service but can't handle getting the orders to their destination any more. We've been a customer for years and suddenly orders started taking ages to get to us, irrespective of whether it was weekend or weekday, the last few attempts the drivers get lost, or are so busy that the food is cold when it arrives the heated bag not always helping - we didn't mind putting the oven on to heat it up, but recently we were waiting more than double the usual time, 90mins+. We had to give up yesterday, luckily the oven was already hot, so we could prepare something instead. I could have defrosted the pizza dough I had in the freezer, topped and baked my own in that time. Minus one customer.
Until tonight this was my favourite restaurant. My order took 1 hour to arrive which I'm fine with usually as they did seemingly fresh food now the majority of the foods quality is very low, i ordered chips and popcorn chicken which was completely different to what they usually sell. This all tastes 100% store bought and frozen not fresh as ive usually experienced.
i will always remember when we ordered from Pizza a Town for the first time. We just moved in and we were so exhausted so we wanted some pizza. Honestly these guys’ pizza is the best pizza I have ever tried. Since then they never let us down. Sometimes we go to order there and wait for it and they now welcome us like friends. Lovely people all of them. I hope everyone appreciates them like us. Delivery is always super fast. We love you Pizza Town Simon and Orsi
Never had such a bad experience. We had a beetle cooked onto the top of our pizza. As if this wasn't bad enough.... We phoned for a full refund and told they couldn't do anything!! We have reported to food standards agency so I just hope it gets shutdown before someone else has this experience. They are obviously not clean so should not be selling food.
Have used Pizza Town for many years but have no idea what is going on with the Management / Staff at the moment. Incorrect Pizza was delivered and called to advise and arrange replacement; staff laughed on the telephone and refused to replace then terminated call. Called back to arrange refund / return of pizza and again staff refused and terminated call.
Used to be a great place. But has gone downhill in the last year. Long delivery wait times. Every order has something wrong or missing. Staff are unhelpful. Never any solution for issues with orders, just told you have to wait again for missing items to be delivered, meanwhile the rest of the order has gone cold. If I wanted a microwaved meal, I would’ve bought one in the first place for a fraction of the price!
Zero stars, less than zero stars if possible. Vile, absolutely vile! Bugs possibly a cockroach in food, missing item, long wait. Physically sickening and entirely unsanitary. Would rather starve. I have never ever experienced having insects in my food and it has absolutely shocked me. Disgusting customer service, lying staff and entirely uncooperative. Have reported to food standards agency and hope it gets shut down. Vile
Great Pizza consistent GREAT tasting pizza, have had a little trouble in the past with delivery times . EDIT: Updated review - Recently deliveries have all been on time or early, on the one occasion it would be late they rang me before the due delivery time couldn't be happier. Thank you pizza Town!
