Had a better time previously, we ordered and received our mains before starters then when we ordered our desserts we had to ask for our other drinks we had ordered as they had been forgotten
Came for a meal about 1.5hrs before close. We understand it was quite late but the waiter seemed to rush our service massively. Starters and mains were slammed down into the table and as soon as we finished our food we were dished the bull before asking for it, and were hoping to get dessert to take away but were not offered any further menus or drinks. It’s a shame as service here is usually 5*. The food was still delicious as usual and the vibe was great just a bit disappointed with the service we received. girl that greeted us was absolutely lovely. Vegetarian options: Great vegan menu.
My experience at pizza express Falmouth was FABULOUS. All staff were very friendly. They brought out my starter minutes after I had ordered it. Then my mains came out and they were ASTONISHING. I would defiantly recommend here over any other place in Falmouth. Thank you for an amazing time guys!!! I will defiantly be returning
Really like this restaurant, relatively cheap and using the app can get you some decent discounts or freebies. Only reason I've not gone for 5 star is I feel like the menu is slightly lacking. Not on quantity but quality. There have been a few items that I feel are really good quality. But a lot of options feel lackluster. Also, the lighting in the restaurant is bizarre, you seem to either be completely in a spotlight or in complete shade with not much in-between. All in all, a good dining experience though
Arrived here without a reservation. Seated straight away. Menus given etc. Very polite server. Drinks took ages to arrive as did the food. We were there for 2 hours in total. Don't know why everything took so long but there were many apologies for the tardiness. Nice food and the view from our table was lovely. Would I come here again...maybe.
Went out for dinner Saturday 25/02/23. Lovely location, fab service and yummy food. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for vegans.
We've dined in Pizza Express restaurants in various places around the country but the Falmouth site is possibly the best. Nice people, great pizzas and lovely location. Highly recommended.

The views from the window tables are amazing, we were lucky enough to watch people "living the dream" in their boats coming in and out The service was great from start to finish, think our server's name was Alex? All the food was delicious, and was served quickly. I had calamari starter and the Barbacoa beef pizza for my main, which I couldn't eat on my own, luckily my hubby helped!
Busy during the summer with almost all the tables taken on a Tuesday evening. This slowed the service down. Pizza is as you will know from Pizza Express and all other food items were tasty. Staff a little slow to provide plates, cutlery etc. Yes it’s busy but when they service the pizza on a plate that’s too small and means you can’t cut it, then they aren’t thinking about what they are doing.
