Last night I ordered 2 pizza's. I was given 45-60 minutes delivery time. I waited for the 60 minutes then called to be told it was still there and it will be a further 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I call again and am told 2 minutes! Which in fact was 15 minutes. That is a long time to wait for a pizza that is only 10 minutes drive away. When we finally got our pizza, it tasted like cardboard, it was put straight onto the box and was inedible. None of us enjoyed it but the worst thing about it was I found 3 hairs on 3 different pieces! I will not order from here again!
The Pizza I always have the Sausage Supreme has always been piping hot and fresh. The hot wings Personal favourite of mine have always been tasty. I've always enjoyed the food from here.
Food is genuinely very nice but service is not something they've ever heard of. Try phone order in, they reject the call, order online and go to collect and despite my order being sat there the staff at till had no idea what I was on about. Just tried to order through just eat and they cancel my order with no explanation whatsoever. Waste of time unless you want to wait outside the shop for 20-40minutes and wait for them to cook your order
Don’t order from this place... after I order 1:30 h give them a call to ask about my order ...ask me for adress...and say my order is living the shop now and that I will have some extra wings... “but don’t worry is gone be hot” probably supposed to be cold no ?! Sorry is busy ...after 40 min delivery... no extra wing don’t order
Waited over an hour for a pizza, finally called up and they appeared to have forgotten our order. Pizza finally arrived after 2 hours. On the bright side, the pizza tasted nice and was hot. However was not worth the extremely long wait.
If rating 0 stars was an option, I'd pick it! I order my pizza and side and pay over the phone. Sounds easy? No.. it wasnt. The pizza came 50 mins after my call with NO side. Not only did the driver not know where my side was, he then accused me of not having paid for the food. When I had proof bank statement that I had. I have never encountered such bad service from anywhere before. I called the store numerous times about my side orders whereabouts. About an hour later and with mounds of conflicting information.. no-one knew where it was or was able to help me. I was promised free dessert for my troubles. In the end we had to drive to store to pick it up ourselves. What an absolute car crash of service. If you want good, honest service and food.. I DO NOT recommend you order from "pizza king" .. oh and to top it off .. I had no free dessert
This guy's take order and not deliver on time. They have taken order from me and not delivered my order 2 times. They do not bother to call me and let me know that the order was cancelled the both time. This restaurant should be shut down for harassment. I would never ever recommend anyone to order food from this place.
Always on time, always friendly and always tasty. Whenever I finish a late shift at work I can count on these amazing people to keep me fed. Amazing staff and awesome value for money. Thank you for my most recent order tonight.
Not even a one star in my opinion chicken was dry and tough it asked me outside for a fight. It was meant to be deliered at 5.10pm it turned up at 5.30pm chips was cold my partners burger and chips was cold too. Very unhappy
Rip off. Way too overpriced for standard food. The pizza tastes bland.
