We discovered this place by chance. We thought for years that all pizza huts had closed doors and we unable to have the lovely in-door dining experience. Well this place was.a hidden gem and it took me and hubby down memory lane. Wonderful staff, very very proffesional kind and polite. A dream dining experience simply wonderful. Vegetarian options: Wonderful choice and selection of salads and pizza. Kid-friendliness: Well the ice cream factory was a treat as I was growing up and now my kids got to experience it. I was emotional at this point. Wonderful colouring books and colours. Parking: Accessible and easy to get to.
I think the service from start to finish was brilliant. The salad bar was looking a bit messy with salad on the floor but overall the salad bar was full and readily available. Service was quick, with hot fresh food, and this was even with a large birthday party in the restaurant too. We often visit Pizza Hut and would only go for the kids birthdays usually, but we will definitely consider it again for an occasional visit.
The experience is OK - the kids like it and it's straight forward enough. I genuinely do feel that the experience around ordering yourself on an App, paying on an App and serving yourself the majority of food / drinks takes away the restaurant element and shouldn't be advertised as such, it's like a self-service cafe you'd find at a holiday resort.
Lovely hot pizzas brought out freshly throughout our meal. Very high standard of cleanliness with friendly, helpful staff. The best Pizza Hut we've ever been in.Food: 5/5
ordered 20 minutes before arriving and the order wasn’t done yet. this was fine. thought i would wait a bit first because everyone has bad days. 10 mins waiting goes by. hm should be done where is it? 20 mins waiting. wow ok i’ll ask. said it would be a minute. 30 minutes waiting. gosh where is this pizza bro. 40 minutes waiting in shop 1 hr after ordering. person asks what im there for. i again say it was a web order then show the email confirmation. it took that man 3 seconds to find my order when the first person who tried finding it couldn’t after 5 minutes of searching. and after all that waiting. only had a 5 pound voucher as compensation. just not good service at all.
Buffet had a good selection.. salad bar fresh and looked appealing. Staff were good.. happy days! Vegetarian options: Salad bar is well stocked and good selection of vegetarian pizza
My very first visit to Pizza hut I enjoyed the experience. The pizza and salad bar were very good but sadly little garlic bread. The staff were lovely and helpful! Parking: I managed to get the last spot but in all fairness people coming and going all the time.
Service was brilliant the lady that served us in glasses gave the kids stickers and candles for cake was so polite and lovely thanks keep up your hard work.Food: 5/5
Had a small wait but wasn't bad considering the eat out to help out scheme is running. The manager explained everything to use about ordering via a app. The menu is disposable and the cutlery was pre wrapped in a napkin so it was safe . Everything came piping hot and was yummy.
Really love Pizza hut. Since the introduction of the buffet. Recently went with my partner and two eldest daughters. There is a nice selection of meat and vegetarian pizzas. I believe they also serve vegan options. They cater for alot of different tastes. All the pizza bases are super fresh yummy and soft. The toppings are too amazing. With the buffet comes the all you can drink dispenser for you to have your fill of the best diet drinks on the market today. The ice cream maker is fun. Its vanilla which you control and loads and loads of sprinkles and sauce to choose from. I really loved my visit to Pizza Hut. Would recommend as a great family place for a meal
