Came here today , 2 adults , 1 child and a baby. Restaurant and toilets are clean . We had the buffet , which is really good value for money . Serving staff were extremely helpful and good with the children. It wasn't very busy , I imagine it could get pretty busy at night with its location. I've not been to a pizza hut in years but couldn't say anything bad about it ..

Good pizza but not special enough to warrant the price tag. Using the qr code ordering was slow and cumbersome. Menu is busy and confusing. Kids enjoyed the icecream machine.
I have ordered one pizza today. This is the worst pizza I ever had in my life. I will never order again. I feel very bad for losing my money. NEVER AGAIN
Was ok , pizza could had more cheese on it and I think the chef needs to get new pizza cutter , I hadn't been to pizza hut in ages , seems to have gone very pricey since my last visit, my daughter has autism, and the music was a bit loud, she didn't want to make a fuss so we didn't go ask them to turn it down . Using the app is easy , salad bar is standard, nothing special. Place was a bit empty, so lots of seats, clean and tidy . Friendly staff .
I have never ate at a Pizza Hut before, and I was a loose end one afternoon so I thought I'd try it out. I can't believe I have waited this long to have Pizza Hut, I know you get restaurants where they are certain speciality such as Chinese, Italian etc, but damn Pizza Hut sure do some of the best pizzas I've ever tried and I have tried Pizza's in Italy, France, Spain and the USA, little did I know, I only had to pop 30 mins down the road to get a phenomenonal pizza and service. The desert was so tasteful too! Will definitely be back!
Excellent service, and food as usual. It’s Pizza Hut, it’s not a Michelin star restaurant, and that is my reason for writing in this evening. Whilst dining at the restaurant another diner, was particularly obnoxious towards a member of your staff, and the staff member did all they could to appease that person, and yet nothing seemed good enough. I know the customer is always supposed to be right, but sometimes they aren’t. In any case, thank you very much for our meal, and we will be back.
Excellent customer service, staff were very polite and friendly. Clean and tidy restaurant with a great selection of pizza and salad. Wonderful place to have a bite to eat and the buffet deals are excellent. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Location, price of food .unit 5, Newgate Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne Newcastle 5ry Code Fantastic restaurant, fantastic staff especially Sarah and Declan. We visited on Friday with our daughters Declan did a great job especially as it was his first time as manager we had such a great experience we came back by ourselves the following Thursday Sarah was great with us as was Declan again nothing was a bother to them they go above and beyond. Everywhere was spotlessly clean including the toilets and the food was excellent we will be returning as soon as we can
I have always enjoyed pizza hut dining in however today I ordered 2 cookie doughs through uber the cookie dough is so small and seems like the portions have been reduced way too much, paid extra through uber for priority delivery but it seems like it doesn't make a difference dough arrived just warm enough to eat, other places like competitors don't even charge this much and if they do the portion is quite a decent amount i guess the images aren't a true reflective of the actual order the staff can argue all they want with this statement about portion size and price etc but it doesn't make a difference I don't tend to write reviews but it is very much needed to get the message across that if your advertise a image as a dessert the actual order should look like that.
