They close way to early for a Friday night. Wasted 30 minutes on phone back and forth with their AWFUL call center. It's all foreigners. Can't understand them. Had to keep calling back because they had a store location in California ! They also kept transferring me to store because they was closing in 30 minutes. They would not answer. They did once and hung up. Then right at 11pm they finally answered and the girl said they was closing. After we wasted 30 minutes. It's like they deliberately didn't answer their phone because they didn't want to take another order.
I placed an order to be delivered by Pizza Hut's driver. Doordash ended up delivering. They knocked on the door despite instructions to leave it. Who delivers and handles my food is important to know, so the switch to Doordash bothered me. I tipped when I placed the order, but I discovered too late that the tip was removed, so to make things worse, the driver got stiffed. On top of all that the pizza was bad, pale and undercooked and not light on cheese as ordered. What happened to pan pizza?
The wife and I have been talking about going to this pizza hut because we lost the one in our town. So tonight we packed the kids in the van and went. Ita about 35 min drive from where we live. So we got there and went in. We got waited on and sat down right away. Our waitress came right up and took our drink order why we were figuring out what we wanted. We got 2 large pizza's and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks came first then our pizza. All the food was good and our waitress was awesome. We will definitely be back.
The only reason I gave an overall four rating is because of the wonderful worker that took care of us, and because the not so great food was made properly and accurately. The food was just kind of blah, for the most part. But, that's nothing to do with how it was prepared. Like a lot of food, the quality of Pizza Hut food just seems to have gone downhill. It looks great, but doesn't taste the way it used to. This is not something an individual Pizza Hut, or any cook at Pizza Hut can fix. This is something that has to be addressed at the highest levels and by those responsible for creating the food that goes to all the Pizza Huts to prepare the final products. No amount of amazing service can make up for low quality food.
Pizza hut is a go to for me when I'm in Bradford. I order by phone and get takeout. My order is always done by the time I get there like 10 minutes. Prices are less then they are in New York and the food is always good. The only issue is that it can be a little tedious ordering over the phone as they use an automated service and you don't actually give your order to someone actually working there.
Update: I’ve now visited this location twice and have been blown away by the amazing service both times! I’ve been craving Pizza Hut for several years now since my local one closed and finally got the opportunity to visit this one in Bradford. It was the most incredible experience, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the pizza was everything I remembered it to be! I got a large pizza so I could have the stuffed crust and the leftovers have also been totally worth it.

Clean and quality pizza. Melody was very good as our hostess. Food came in a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend. Its been a while since I stepped into a Pizza Hut, I was not disappointed.
We found multiple hairs in our breadsticks and pizza. One of the cooks out back had his pants so low that every time he bent over to get a pizza out of the oven you could see his rear end it was gross.The price was much higher than expected when asked why? we were told they only do advertised deals if you ask about them. Overall very disappointed. We were there to celebrate a birthday I feel like we owe her another birthday dinner elsewhere.
