Really lovely service, great standard of food! - Would recommend to others. I'm a stranger round these parts and decided to opt for a familiar option in an unfamiliar place. The staff couldn't do enough for me they, were friendly and attentive despite it being busy, each time my table was visited I was greeted with a smile. The pizza was cooked perfectly although my only regret was that I was unable to finish it due to getting full too quickly :D . The staff even offered to box up my leftovers to take with me and the bill was what you would expect from pizza hut. The staff made me feel welcome, I'd certainly visit again. 5/5 Great Team.
Service is ok, can be slow if busy. Food is good
Staff are rude. Had me stood waiting at the till whilst two waitresses would finish slagging somebody off. Then asked me "what's up". Food is great, could do with new staff that have good customer services skills or train them up a bit better.
Had a lovely meal with friends of varying ages and the staff were genuinely lovely and great fun. They couldn't help enough. Food was quick and very tasty. Pizza was slightly greasy but tasty all the same.
Very nice branch in Altrincham with great food! The quality of pizza we ordered Veggie and Heavy Veg half half with cheesy bites was much higher than those in Manchester city centre. The only small thing was the service. The lady was in rush to pack the rest of our food and give us the bill! Other than that, clean and nice environment.
The staff are lovely though we did have to wait quite a while for our food to come, which we normally don't. The was average but the place a family atmosphere. Great place for a family pizza dinner. The prices were also good.
We visited here after ice skating and found it to be very welcoming, the staff were very attentive and catered to our needs, the food was fantastic and the cost very reasonable and the booth we got was nice and cozy and private, the atmosphere was also very nice to. Would definitely return.
I am pleased with the food over there, but I am starting to wonder about the hygiene system. I saw one of the staff using a brush to dust the floor and then using the same one to brush the chair without using another brush or cleaning the brush. I don't call this hygienic.
Disappointing. Salad choice was limited. Pizza was overcooked crust wad nearly black and overpriced. Didn't accept any vouchercloud codes either. They said they had a promotion in so they couldn't accept the code even though the code wad valid for another month. Don't waste your money
Not the fastest service going, you have to almost trip up the waiting staff to get their attention, also quite a cold restaurant if the outer door is open as the wind just blows straight through the entire place. Food is good, how you would expect it.
