I ordered a pizza to be collected to which i was told it would be 15 minutes to prepare. So I arrived after the 15 minutes and paid for it and was given a seat where i was to wait for my pizza. I waited in the corner for a further half an hour before the man who served me when I came in noticed I was still there. He then brought me my pizza which by the temperature i can assume was sitting forgotten about... 2 stars still because on my one other visit i had no problems.. If youre collecting make yourself known or else you may be forgotten about and your pizza will get cold...

This has to be my favourite Pizza hut and it is all down to the staff. They are so welcoming and friendly, happy to make suggestions when you can't decide if you want either a menu pizza or the buffet, and will put on a specific type of pizza if you are veggie or prefer a base style. My only complaint is that I live to far away now to visit this place more regularly.

Normally a favourite go to with our kids for dinner but Pizza Hut in Stirling was a bit lame. Salad bar had hardly anything compared to other Huts. No coleslaw. No sweetcorn. No potato salad. No pasta. Soft tortillas and rotten tomatoes. Run out of pineapple and mushrooms for pizzas. Friendly staff.... but a bit disappointing really :-( Could do better!!

Good friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. The pizzas were great and served quickly.
