Shane the Manger Surprised how come he became manager Where should I start!!! It was my wife’s birthday; COMPLETELY SPOILED. When we enter the guy at the reception desk manager Shane was having drinks by himself n suddenly realised we’ve been waiting to lead us. Then when we were allotted the table, salad bar was a major disappointment as it was all empty and just cucumber and lettuce in the name of veggies, then while walking back to our table we took the forks from cutlery box as we didn’t realised that the cutlery was already there on the table to which a staff lady rudely asked “didn’t you find anything on the table”. We apologetically replied that we didn’t see as it was behind the promo table display. What made us more furious that the manger himself rudely and loudly, replied when politely asked for plates, as I’d like to quote “I ONLY HAVE 2 hands” and it was loud enough that the tables sitting around turned to us that what happened. According to basic etiquettes there’s a decorum for customer service, clearly not this behaviour accounts to that. At last there are major hygiene standard issues here- wine glasses stink , flies all around. We were left secluded during our entire meal and then no body turned up to even ask if we need something else. The lady who came for table clearance was very polite and felt apologetic. Usual Pizza Hut quality food. Restaurant was fairly quiet, visited on a Monday evening. Disappointed that waitress suggested that our order was placed via their App. Considering that there were 4 table of customers already eating their orders. Staff are friendly, restaurant was clean and tidy, and service was great especially by the Manager. Worth a visit to get a break from all the fish and chip establishments.
Staff were very friendly, our boy seemed fine, little did we know he was absolutely shattered from a day at the beach. He crashed at the table. Staff were very accommodating to him, getting him a box for his pizza straight away so it wasn't just left out. Pizza Hut we always find the Dine In price to be a bit ridiculous, £60 for 2 adults 1 kid. The individual deal is best, pizza, a side and drink for £20. Still, we're on holiday and freshly baked pizza is great. Vegetarian options: Standard Vegetable pizza choices Kid-friendliness: Kid menu is 4 courses for £8 I think. It was good. Parking: Free to use parking Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to gain entry and there's a disabled toilet.
We feel its not value for money. 30 pounds for a sharing pizza. The ice cream factory used to have real sweets now its just sprinkles. The team working there were great and have no control over the menu.Food: 3/5
We arrived at 21.36 and was no bothered for us to be seated to dine in. Jenny was a very warm and friendly waitress who took our order which included some modifications without mushrooms!. Food was delicious and came quickly. We enjoyed the salad bar first which still had a fresh selection. No room for dessert but the ice cream factory looked yummy!
Visited a few times and always good food and service. I am a very allergic person and we were asked if there were any allergies when arriving at the restaurant. We were given an allergy booklet containing all the foods and contents along with the menu. I really liked being able to check for myself without feeling like a pain by asking not that I was ever made to feel that way, I wish everywhere offered this!
Really lovely place to eat. They were so friendly and patient and helpful. Katie served us and she was a superb host. Food was perfect and restaurant was spotlessly clean. Very highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Our server Sienna at the Skegness branch was amazing, she was so attentive and patient with my autistic child and the rest of us. She was able to meet our requirements and made us feel so welcome and at ease. She is a credit to your company.Food: 5/5
Waitress and manager good, waitress especially. Food fine. Watching another staff member moaning and what looked like threatening the manager whilst cooking with no hairnet, not a lot of general hygiene etc before storming out at what I assume was the end of her shift, while making sure to cook herself a pizza first was a bit strange. Sort your staff our pizza hut. Ps salad bar was very low on items, but I suppose it was 9pm
Come for my Birthday weekend away food was Beautiful, Service Brilliant couldn't fault it shame about the cost the prices are abit steep!!!Food: 5/5
