I have been buying from pizza hut for a while but tonight my other half made a boo boo and didn’t tick no cheese ! I can say that they handled it very well when we received a pizza with cheese. Thank you for being understanding and sorting it out for her lol I can have a good night sleep without her tossing and turning at night because of cheese.
Ordered online for collection. Upon opening the boxes, we realised they had got our order wrong so we ended up with different pizzas to the ones we ordered. Food itself was poor quality. The pizzas were chewy and greasy, nothing like the usual Pizza Hut standard at other restaurants in the chain. Won't be ordering from here again - luckily Domino's in Stevenage is great. Parking: Very difficult to find spaces near the shop. Overcrowded and difficult to navigate parking area.

I don’t know why this place has such a poor rating on here? Every time we’ve ordered it’s been bang on. Food is always delivered quickly, with the orders always being correct and food always really hot and fresh. Definitely a thumbs here.
If only I could give 0 stars. Buy from Pizza Hut at your own risk. Horrible food, was delivered cold and looked like it wasn't even cooked. Chicken made me sick as it tasted raw. I blame myself as I have them the benefit of the doubt after the first time. Never again!
Adnam? apparent manager. whomever you maybe... Worker at said pizzahut. the Rudest person whomever i have spoken with. disgusting attitude toward a customer. really giving the delivery sector a bad rep. shouting down the phone, because deliveroo doesnt give the correct options when ordering toppings. I hope the manager checks these reviews. we order regurlarly. but this phone operator/employee should be sacked as he is hindering future business

Contrary to the reviews on here, I have visited this Pizza Hut 3 times maybe even 4 in the past 3 months and I have to say it is excellent! This is one of the best Pizza Hut Deliveries that I have been to as staff are friendly and pizza is hot. Choose the right pizza, and you won't be disappointed. My only complaint, if it even is a complaint, is for staff to stand up against rules to wear masks. Masks do not work but pizza will always work! ;
Delivery is always slow and normally turns up luke warm at best, customer service is poor, will not use again until its under new management and see if that improves the service, highly doubt it though
