We went as a party of 10. Service was good, but they forgot to put two peoples meals through, which they couldn't apologise enough for. The salad bar was freshly topped up and kept on top off. We all had a deal that came with a pizza, side and bottomless drink. The pizzas were very good and they do gluten free which we needed for a member of our party. The kids meals also have a desert included of chocolate brownie or bottomless ice-cream. A really good evening and meal.
The male staff was on his mobile whilst we stood waiting. Brought us to our table. There was food on the floor & he commented it was busy earlier, then kicked the food under our table & walked away. No-one came to sweep it up. He then went back on his mobile. The lady serving us was friendly & brilliant. We had to find him to pay before we left. The lady came to help us. He was on his mobile. The food was nice, loved the salad bar, I’d not hire him in my business tbh, but the lady was fantastic. Parking: NA
Great place, I’m not used to Pizza Hut, the staff were extremely helpful and the food was great. Big shout out to the staff! The tables and seats were clean and service was great. So you ask why 4 stars? The gents toilet was disgusting to a point I walked back out without using it, this is a food venue and the toilets should be a lot better, it was the only let down.

We couldn't fault anything about our visit today. Very quick from taking our orders to our meals being ready. Nothing was too much trouble, overall a very good experience

So booked a table at this place last week of December. First time going to one down here and haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in over 5 years. Booked a table online as it was easier with the holidays. I realised I think I put in my email address wrong as I didn’t receive a confirmation email and also I think I put the wrong number of people, so I decided to email the restaurant with it being the holidays and just explain the situation with all the booking details…anyway me thinking they might not see it in time with it being the holidays and their normal email response time, I decided to give the a ring…the guy I spoke to was nice, turns out I had the right amount of people so I apologised and said thank you for that and that was that… Got an email confirmation a few days beforehand and noted upon their “Special notes” section I was labelled “Angry Booker” …which I was quite taken back by…why on earth had I been labelled this?! And why on earth would you put that kind of note on the booking where the customer can clearly see?! …. I was in no way an angry Booker there was not any need for me to be angry…ANYWAY, I still give this place 5 Star as the food was very nice and the service was good …I would happily come back to this place…providing I don’t get called an “Angry Booker” again …
Salad is dry and tasteless. Food came late. Drink machine is out of order and very limited drinks options. Waitress refused to take a normal order and forced the online one. Generally bad experience.
Ordered a vegan pizza, which was delicious and reasonable value. The service was also fast and friendly. To Improve further please may you add a dairy free pudding? Thanks
Super inclusive and enjoyable! The staff were so lovely and friendly, and there were individual vegan and gluten-free menus for dietary restrictions. The food was amazing and with the bottomless drinks and salad, you get well beyond your money's worth. I bought the Vegan Veggie pizza and it was lovely, 100% recommend!
