THE WORST PIZZA PLACE IN HILLINGDON. Should be called SLOP HUT. Absolutely disgusting pizza. These guys haven't got a clue on how to make a pizza. The bases are alway inconsistent the crust is bigger then the pizza. There's You can't lift a slice without everything slipping off. Definitely will not be using this place again and definitely will me making a formal complaint. If your after a nice pizza try Herbie's pizza or Papa John's

Disgusting service! They sent my order burnt and when I called them they refused to speak to me and hung up the phone. Disgusting how they feel comfortable to take peoples hard earned money and send them what was clearly burnt food and not even edible. It’s not like the item was packaged and I got unlucky with a faulty item. Someone saw they had burned it and sent it anyway. Disgusting

We ordered two large vegetarian pizzas. Both came with very little toppings. I called up the store to request if they could send another pizza with more toppings or if they could offer something for next time when we order. I spoke to the manager Mohammed. He initially apologised but then also argued that there are enough toppings on the pizza. I asked if there was anything he could do to reimburse me to which he quickly became rude and told me that he will do nothing about it. All I wanted was more toppings, he could have offered something for customer satisfaction. I literally had some slices which only had cheese on them and one pepper. I had paid for the pizzas and felt robbed. He was unhelpful and clearly didn’t care about customer service or about the business. We have been loyal customers and have ordered from here many times before. However after this experience we will not be ordering from here again.

They got my order wrong as I ordered Vegi Supreme instead received meat Supreme which contains beef and other meat products  Vegetarian options: You should try Vegi Supreme,  Vegi hot and spicy

Rubbish. The caramel cookie dough is advertised as cadburys chocolate with caramel and I was sent a box of white chocolate cookie dough. When I called the guy was incredibly rude and accused me of not telling the truth.

Ordered for delivery via phone. Pizza came 10 minutes early. Honestly one of the best pizza's I've had from pizza hut. Mac and cheese also very tasty

Twice I have ordered from here and received appalling food/service. The first time the pizzas were really undercooked and soggy and our ice cream was missing from the delivery, the person on the phone asked if I wanted it sent as if I would say no to something i had paid for he then said he would send it and when I said thank you, he said "Safe" as if we were friends on the street very unprofessional. The second time I asked to make sure nothing was undercooked as my partner is pregnant and I was assured they would be well done, however they turned up just as soggy as before. I will definitely never be using this branch again and I wish I could give less stars as j have spent almost £100 on food that couldn't be eaten by myself, my partner and my kids

Never normally write a review but I had to , haven’t enjoyed a pizza like this in a long time food came fresh and hot my order came very quickly and the person who took my order by phone was very polite thankyou

I had my first time ordering from this branch and I'm giving it full five stars due to the pizza deals available, polite delivery driver and the order arrived accurately and 15 minutes earlier than the time expected. The food itself was accurate and still hot! A very enjoyable experience, thanks!

Most of the time they get it right but there needs to be better quality checks during busy hours as today I ordered but one of the pizza's wasn't cooked near the middle as the dough was thicker in the middle then on the outside. The toppings looked like they were thrown on top and also missing one too. The second pizza was very light on toppings and also due to them being thrown on without much care some slices had no toppings on them at all. I'm sure customers would not mind waiting a little longer for the food to be cooked correctly, rather then get food that was rushed to meet "deadlines".
