Pizza arrived all slid over to one side. Obviously the driver held the bag wrong. Spoke to store. Got no where... Driver tried to claim the way he drives is what did it. I worked for another pizza shop for a few years. You can't mess up the food driving..

Ordered online using the app. Arrived and waited outside. Received the notification my food was ready to collect and went in the store, this is where the issues began. I could see my order sat waiting, there was no staff on the till, there was staff walking around out back made eye contact with me and just continued. Just after 15 minutes i finally got acknowledged and greeted. Was handed the same order that had been sat for atleast the time I was ther, just to add not in a heat bag or under any warmers. The guy could only come up with unlogical excuses, safe to say garlic bread was cold, pizza was cold and the chicken was cold. One plus side the drink was cold. Not impressed, doubt ill return. Hour and a half late. Called all night refused to answer but picked up fine when calling of other numbers then hung up when realised it was my order. No explanation No Refund No apology
Very small, so can be slow if there's a queue when ordering in store. Service is usually very quick on takeaway orders placed online, so make sure you head there before your estimate!Food: 3/5
Pizza is always amazing! The deals are always great online! I can almost always get 40-50% off! It comes really quick and is amazing! Definitely my favourite pizza place!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! delivered half my food and said its not his problem. when i called the hut they said i was just complaining to complain and that they wont deliver to me again lol what a joke of a place
