Only had to queue for about 15 minutes outside despite the manager apologising and saying there would be a 45 minute wait for a table. Ordering is very simple and performed at your table using a mobile app. Payment is completed on the same app. No money or cards need to be exchanged. All very easy and simple. Waitress service brings your order to the table. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Salad bar was well stocked, fresh and nicely chilled. Pizzas were as ordered and tasted great as expected. Overall a great place to eat.
Good service here from friendly staff. Pizza was delicious and very good value for the lunch buffet. Drink refill machine wasn't working when I visited but staff made me aware before I sat down.
I can not speak on how good of an experience I have had today, I have been spoken too politely and been accommodated appropriately from when i was seen at the door to when I was being served at my table. Big thanks to Sam and his team for giving me a very pleasant experience today. The food was 10/10 today, was fresh hot and tasty. Will definitely be coming back and telling people about my visit today. Vegetarian options: Wide variety available all the time
Food quality overall was really good, though the crusts didn't seem to have the usual garlic salt mix on them. The reason for the 3 stars is because the que was rather large and the restaurant seemed to be understaffed. The staff where doing as much as they could and we're friendly but you could see they needed help to turnover the amount of customers that dine here. We asked about 3 times for a takeout box once we had finished eating, the table next to us did the same until we went up to the kitchen to ask for a box from the chef The staff where trying to clear and clean empty tables as to get the queue down and so had little time for anything else. We visited on the weekend and so through the week the experience will likely be much better.
I took my family to this Pizza Hut on Valentine's day. The place wasn't busy at all and yet the service was very slow. I ordered an ice cream as my dessert included in the sharing deal and I had to ask three times for them to refill the ice cream machine. I rarely go out to eat in restaurants as it's expensive. However on this special occasion I was hoping for a nice experience. I didn't get any ice cream in the end as it was getting late and my son needed to get home so I paid for a dessert I never got. Very disappointed to say the least. Also, my partner had to ask twice for her brownie ice cream to come out as the first time they seemed to forget. It's a real shame as when I was young I used to love going to pizza hut and now I'll probably never go there again : Some of the staff were friendly so that's the only reason I'm giving it 1 star.
Lovely fresh food and great deals for lunch. We had 2 children's buffets at £8.99 each which included unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, drinks and ice cream! I also had a gluten free pizza which was cooked fresh and was delicious! Highly recommend Kid-friendliness: Super for kids to help themselves Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
Went for the lunch buffet. The pizzas were good quality, the salads were fresh. The pasta was the only item I wasn’t impressed with, both the red and white pasta were bland and lacked flavour. The ice cream factory dessert was good with a variety of toppings and syrups. Better to come here on weekdays as the price is much cheaper
Lovely evening out with good service and delicious food. The manager was a very friendly person and, since we visited near to closing, asked us if we would like to choose the music. Really good vegan & veggie options, I would recommend trying the vegan stuffed crust pizza : Thank you!
Great buffet service. Good old Pizza hut pizzas n salad.Food: 3/5
Summary: Expensive, poor quality and focused on saving money. £80 for two pizzas, salad and a few cokes. The salad bar was tasteless, the toppings on the pizza poor, 5 leaves of spinach on a large vegi supreme! No internet in restaurant though forced you to buy through an app.. Manager shouted a lot, not a nice experience, obviously was just in a rush. No focus on detail,
