One of the best deliveries around! Ordered a large pizza and had by far the quickest delivery driver with glasses on a moped deliver to me. I was amazed, it still was hot like it was out the oven a few seconds ago!!! Would recommend that delivery driver all the time!
I used to order from pizza domino until one day I said let's change the pizzeria to see what others have to offer and that's how I ended up at pizza hut where I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I can also have a super student discount but that mattered very little compared to the wonderful taste of the farmhouse pizza, which I highly recommend, and not only was I surprised to find out that besides pizza, I can also find other delicious goodies such as chicken strips or chicken chunks and even a dessert cake and ice cream great! And don't forget, the delivery was super fast, maximum 15 min. The driver was almost frozen on a scooter with fogged up glasses trying to find the number of my house in the dark, laying out a pizza from which steam was still coming out of heat and the pleasant smell of pizza just taken out of the oven saying in a soft voice that thank you for ordering from pizza hut, I'm happy that I ordered from you pizza hut, I replied that I thank him and I just gave him a nice tip, he deserved it, keep it up guys ! Thanks Pizza Hut!
Unbelievable service tonight, I ordered online received someone else's order with their receipt, name, address, phone number all there, which means they have my details too, I called up complained and was told they would re make my order and send it again an hour later I called up to find up how long it would be as at this point I'd been waiting two hours for my order, to be told they haven't even remade it and have no idea what I'm talking about then I was asked if I wanted them to make the order and send it?! Dude I know I can't get you to refund me because this store makes you request it online which doesn't even get refunded when you do of course I want the food, I don't care what the kids say I'm never ordering from there again it's a shambles always something that goes wrong almost every time.
Big thank you to the lady on the phone. Very considerate and customer focused. Sorting out Deliveroo`s mess. Ordering directly next time.
Terrible experience tonight!!!! For the first time in years of eating PizzaHut I finally managed to have a bad experience. Pizza was Dead COLD, like out of the fridge! Missing items on the order… oh well! Do not order nearly to end of shift I want to believe that was the problem!
Today I had a "large" triple pepperoni, it wasn't large and it was as greasy as hell and tested awful. My first and last visit to that place.
Useless. Placed an online order, waited 40 minutes, checked and apparently 'order delivered'.. but no pizza. Rang them and was told it was on its way... 20 minutes later, still no pizza. Rang again and 'oh something went wrong, we'll remake it for you straight away' - waited another 40 minutes - rang back 'oh there's a problem with your order, I haven't been able to print it out and send it to the kitchen...' Nice of you to tell me. Can I get a refund? No you have to go through the website. Terrible service, will never be ordering from them again.
I don’t know why but Pizza Hut Addlestone always make great pizzas But tonight i think it was possibly the best one I’ve had out of there Absolutely lovely
Addlestone Pizza Hut left a pile of boxes outside my house last night, rather strange I didn't order anything and I wasn't there, I would have thought the lack of response to the door bell and the house being in complete darkness may have been a hint to the delivery man that something was wrong, so some poor person is without their pizzas, paid for same, and is now probably fighting with Pizza Hut who swear they delivered it. To those who think wow that's free pizza, not when it is absolutely covered in ants!! Ewww!!! So I am giving it one star on behalf of the poor people who didn't get their dinner last night.
I ordered a meal for two at 8:30pm with uber eats and ended up with a wrong order at 9pm but recieved the correct receipt of what I originally ordered. I had contacted pizza hut addlestone again and they said that they will deliver me my original order to my house that’ll have to be waited up to an hour. It has been more than an hour and there had been no update whatsoever. The wrong order did not make me satisfied at all.
