I found out from my sister this shopping area had a pizza hut and treated my parents to a meal here even though my mum hasn't had a gluten free pizza she has enjoyed. She LOVED it!!! we all enjoyed our pizzas and the salad bar was fresh and clean. Our waitress Kinga was wonderful with us and especially looking after my mum with her allergies! I even tried my mums gluten free pizza and was pleasantly surprised. I would have one even though I don't have any allergies. Looking forward to trying the all you can eat buffet sometime!!! Nice decor there too! Vegetarian options: Great veggie options plus open salad bar Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly Parking: Loads of parking as it's a shopping block Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options were great
Popped in for a Pizza after Xmas shopping mayhem. Ordered a shared pizza on a cheesy bites base, decided to go for the vegetarian option and added pepperoni and extra mozzarella and it made a super loaded pizza. Staff were friendly and food arrived quickly. As it was the end of the buffet, the salad bar was emptied, cleaned and had new serving spoons . But I was alarmed to see everyone who went to the salad bar did not think it necessary to wear a mask.
Dined here today with one of my teens. Arrived at 1:30 nice and quiet plenty of seats available. Service was pleasant, all orders and payments on line through the app and card payments only for info. Chose the lunch buffet and a couple of sides; variety of pizza was lacking, the stone baked ones were the nicest. Salad bar was fine. 2 pasta dishes available both were dry, edible but dry. Sides; fries were really nice, BBQ chicken wings just OK, the skin needed to be crispier. Cost of food OK. Cost of drink extortionate, £3.25 for a bottomless drink with only 4 options to choose from and everyone knows you only actually ever need one glass of fizzy drink with all the pizza carbs!
The place was empty when we got here which was fine but when we were seated we were told how things worked and after that we weren't spoken to again. We ordered the deal with sides and a pizza but the sides came out and was missing one and the pizza didn't come at the same time so we had to ask where the rest of the food was. As soon as we finished we left straight away. We also saw the waitress in the kitchen eating in plain view overall very poor and wouldn't visit again
Great food. Had an issue with our order which was sorted out in a really nice way. Staff and manager were lovely. They working very hard in busy times but remained nice. Thank you .Food: 5/5
The staff where completely friendly and helpful. The short girl with glasses is always a complete delight when serving us every time we visit. The food is your standard Pizza Hut, it all tastes very good.
Went to pizza hut this evening and was extremely impressed with the quality of food aswell as the outstanding service especially from the taller kinga who served me. Made the ordering of food extremely easy. Will definitely be returning. well done guys
Basically it's all left down to DIY,but when couldn't use the app the staff were very helpful and friendly, constantly putting out fresh pizzas but didn't really have the variety of pizzas when I went ,pasta was hot and salad fresh, and kept topped upFood: 4/5
Absolutely shocking treatment booked for sons birthday nothing on booking about card only turned up with his friend for food for his birthday manger disgusting staff disgusting we didn't have a card on us was told we couldn't eat there so at 6 o'clock I. The evening we had to look elsewhere for his birthday treat thank god for frankie and Benny they saved the night never will I use this place again and will never recomed to any one staff are all unhelpful
It was nice the pizza was nice and we enjoyed eating there. Waited quite a while for the pizzas to be replaced on the buffet over 10 minutes but that was due to possibly being understaffed. When we arrived there was no one to greet us it looked like there was no one there. You have to order through a QR code on the table and order through the phone and then pay on your phone so a bit of a weird experience. I think again saves the staff doing a job especially if they are understaffed. So lost the experience of eating out. Found the all you can eat buffet a bit pricey for adult £12.99, it would be the same price for a 11" pizza. It does include a drink. Also as i stated in the child friendly comment below, i think the £5.99 price all you can eat buffet for children should include a drink. So all in all It was OK but not convinced £30 for a pizza experience was justified. I can only eat some much pizza. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian pizza options. Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly I noticed the sinks were really low down in the toilets. Also colouring crayons and a booklet to colour in was given to all of us. Only complaint was the kids buffet all you can eat before 3pm was £5.99 each. It did not come with a drink which i was surprised to be informed as im new to Pizza hut, we visited for my daughters 6th birthday, the lady could see i was disappointed that she had only put the one glass on the table , mine !! Gave us 3 plastic glasses for the children and we had free drinks, which was great. Kids only had one drink each, that's all we needed, but again it was free!! Should be included in the price, considering they only ate 2 slices of pizza each and had a bowl of salad i think for the price it should entitle you to one drink. Mine was Adult buffet at £12.99 a bit stepped tbf. Parking: Loads of outdoor parking outside in retail park. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessability. Dietary restrictions: Check menu but I'm sure it catered for gluten free.
