First time visit and took advantage of the 2-4-1 buffet offer. We were welcomed by the manager and seated immediately. It was then explained that the restaurant is completely cashless and we would need to scan the QR code and select our order. Within seconds of placing our order for food and drinks our bottomless glasses arrived by a friendly waitress. For the price paid we were very happy although the selection on the buffet is limited and the salad was ok but not to the quality of somewhere like Harvester. I would revisit for the midweek pricing but the weekend buffet price in my opinion is not justified - unless you have a giant appetite!
Not been to this Pizza Hut. When we arrived it was explained to us you order through a QR code at the table. The waitress explained she would help us do this. Had a couple of waitresses at different times and they were extremely helpful. Explained how to order,where the drinks machine was and the salad bar too. Very helpful and pleasant on arriving and leaving. Would definitely visit again
Haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while. This location didn't disappoint. Our waitress, Chelsea was friendly and helpful. I thought the menu meal options were value for money. The children's activity puzzles kept the little one entertained too. Parking: Free parking available. Kid-friendliness: Child/ family friendly
Me and my family have been coming here for years. Over the years nothing has really changed here which is quite nice as it's nice and homey everytime we come. I recommend reserving a table before hand as it gets quiet busy at 12 and 5 but they do take walk in. It's very self service as they seat you you use the a barcode to order and then they have a make your own ice cream and a make your own salad bar. I quite like it but sometimes when kids use it they leave quite a mess. The food comes out quite fast. Overall a great place but is quite expensive as it was about 120pounds for 5people. Vegetarian options: Mostly vegan not much meat mostly just pepperoni pizza. Parking: Right oitside the pizza hut and is big. Kid-friendliness: Amazing place for kids has a make your own ice cream bar and just a nice place for kids.
Pizza Hut offers classic pizzas that deliver on taste, but the dining experience has its ups and downs. While the food is enjoyable, service is average, and the carpark is small, however there is a larger kfc carpark next door. Tables need better cleaning as they're often sticky. Overall, Pizza Hut has potential with some improvements needed in service and cleanliness.
You can’t beat a Saturday night Pizza Hut meal with family and tonight was no exception. We haven’t visited this branch before but found it really convenient being just off the M6 junction 9. Our server, Chelsea was very helpful and friendly. She recommended which dishes to order which helped speed up our order. The food came promptly despite being busy and we really enjoyed it. We’d definitely return and perhaps try some of the other recommendations our server suggested.
We visited Pizza Hut on Thursday with my family. We all really enjoyed the food, we was served by a waitress named Chelsea. She was rushed of her feet but still took the time to talk to the kids and explain how to order online and helped with any queries we had. We were very happy with the food quality and how fast the food came out. Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back.
Chelsea went above and beyond for our large family gathering for my brother's 30th. She was very polite and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their time, and the other servers were brilliant as well. They even kept the kids entertained when they got a bit bored and rowdy.Food: 5/5
Came in today with my 2 children to have the buffet! Was seated and served by a lovely lady called Chelsea! My daughter has ADHD so I always worry when going out to these places, but Chelsea was wonderful, interacted with my children, and made them feel special and helped my daughter relax too and keep her entertained which is a big thing for her! I couldn't thank her enough! Chelsea is a credit to you! So Thank you Chelsea for making this meal an enjoyable and far from stressful experience! 5 stars!
First visit for our family at this pizza hut. It was really busy, so I was a little apprehensive about ordering - I needn't have worried Chelsea took the time to make our family feel like valued customers. Food was great as you would expect from pizza hut. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.Food: 5/5
