The worse service I have ever received. Everytime I order pizzas. It's burnt. Too tomatoey and just a damn disappointment. They speak rudely upon a complaint and don't replace without "proof". In comparison other branches are much better. Awful. The best thing about this place is the delivery driver... I can't believe pizza hut is allowing this place to stay open. It's unprofessional and does not meet the already low standards and increasing price. Apart from replacing one part of the order, the pizza is always lukewarm. If u are based in Leicester go to the melton road branch. Much more helpful and much better pizza! And you will get to actually eat your meal as a family.

best service. staff is very friendly and helpful. manager was very polite and friendly, he deserves a pay rise.

Asked for (and paid for) extra cheese as a topping, due to the fact that this pizza hut always seems to have lots of bits of just tomato and dough on their pizzas - well - they've done it again! Very shoddy workers, won't be picking up from this branch ever again
