Appalling experience. Waited 50 minutes for one pizza. Staff appeared to have no idea how to do their jobs. After waiting 35 minutes we were told by the manager our pizza would be 2-3 minutes. When, another 15 minutes later, we still had not had our pizza my wife asked how much longer was it going to take, we discovered it had only just been put into the pizza oven. We left without the pizza and our money back. I have never been so angry. If you are busy be honest with customers and give them a realistic estimate of when they can expect to get their food. It was added frustration when two men, who had ordered after us got their food well before us. We would NEVER go back. Just awful.

A quick stop and pick up with your every desired pizza of choice, with 1or2 parking space at the front but can also drive into paying park right opposite. Nice place though 😋

Absolutely PATHETIC. Yesterday it took nearly two hours for my food to get delivered. I called in and asked where our food was the person hung up on me. I then rang again and she said that the food was on its way with the driver. 40 mins later I drove down Pizza Hut and they never even asked if I was okay. I saw the delivery man ask the manager where the order was going and the manager told him my address. I watched my order leave the shop even though I was told 40 mins before that the food was on its way. So that was a LIE. When I got back the food was cold and soggy. The nachos were burnt. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again. Dominos all the way.

my pizza had to much cheese and hardly any "double pepperoni" sorry pizza hut  but I didn't enjoy my meal it was oily and sloppy due to to much cheese, I was a regular customer but this isn't the 1st bad pizza there's been a few, sometimes it's to dry with hardly any tomato sauce on the base so with that being said I'll check out dominos
