Unfortunately this is a place that has great potential.. I’ve had some of the best pizzas of my life from here! But it’s too hit & miss When I’ve refrained from pizza for 4-6 weeks which isn’t easy! Then I go here and get a sub standard pizza(with extra toppings which I’ve been charged for missing!) it’s really disappointing I’d say 1 in 3 is fantastic... I tried a double cheese burger which was tasty Shame about the cheap, tasteless frozen chips though It wouldn’t take much effort/extra expense to make this place top notch! However after using them for 5-6 years and still experiencing the same problems... I’d be surprised You guys need to realise how disappointing it is when you supply substandard food when your best is without doubt the best in Chesterfield!! A little bit of consistency please... I’ll try one more time ...

Never had a problem with this place. Excellent value for money. I even ordered 1 week in advance for my 8 year olds party as he had 12 friends round. Order came spot on and they arrived on the arranged time too. Brilliant.

Sunday evening my son ordered a pizza from Pizza House Chesterfield. The estimated delivery time was 45 - 60 minutes. The delivery arrived some 90 minutes after order which can be proven by the time of order and the time my son rang Pizza House when the delivery arrived. This was an unsatisfactory delivery time and my son did not wish to pay the full price for the delivery. (He has ordered from Pizza House numerous times without complaint). He was told by the restaurant to "pay whatever he liked" so chose to pay half price. The delivery driver, who was without any fault, checked with the restaurant and was advised to take the money but to advise my son not to order from Pizza House ever again. I think this is very poor customer service. He is not the only member of our household to order from Pizza House and I feel that Pizza House should have acknowledged fault and not left the whole of our household feeling "scalded". I am happy to discuss this matter further.

Great food majority of time, chips can sometimes be over cooked, but its rare. Usually quick delivery depending on busy times. Great local business. 👌😊
