I’m very disappointed with my pizza. I ended up getting a burnt pizza. Payed extra for cheese crust but even the cheese inside became brick hard because it was burnt. So disappointed and it is a total waste of my hardly earned money.
Only go when I want one of them massive pizzas on the collection deal. The cookies are also good.
Getting exactly what I'm paying for. It's never going to be an artisan pizza cooked in a brick oven with dough that has taken 72 hours to prove. Instead it is buttery dough that soaks up last night's drinks well. Super stringy cheese, as that's probably all I want right now. A tomato sauce that is actually quite nice and a bit on the sweeter side. And a good selection of toppings. All this for about £8 if I can carry myself around the corner. Perfect!
Pizza Slow Slow! Been here a few times but after my last visit, I won’t be going back. Ordered my pizza and was told 30 minutes wait, I came back after 35 minutes and was then told to wait another 7 minutes! Returned to collect my pizza by the miserable staff, Got home to find the pizza was cooked to an inch of its life! The crust was inedible and the pizza was far to well done and crunchy. Pizza is a treat for us, Only managing to afford it a few times a year, Unfortunately this purchase was a complete waste of money. Next time I will go elsewhere!
Placed an order online for the twin deal at 16.25 order came at 17.30 missing our side of potato twisters, phoned and spoke to a lady who said they'd sort it. 18.13 we still hadn't received our missing order so phoned again they said its on its way 18.50 our missing order turned up, the potatoe twisters were luke warm and rather disgusting. No apology or anything. We order from them regularly and this service today was diabolical. Not sure if we'd order from here again!! We're in utter shock at this customer service!
This place does a very nice pizza we had the meaty one and it was probably one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Nicely cooked,plenty of toppings would recommend. Collected in shop was good prices.

very Rude staff on the phone. I order food and was send different order. When I called instead of apology the man on the phone was very annoyed by my complain. And when asked to send me correct order . His answer was “ we ran out of that specific food I order. This happened to me before , but that time when I called whoever answer my phone was very nice and send me my missing food straight way. I was very regular customer to pizza go go . But I will never again order from them. Felt so bad when man yelled at me on phone.
