Great staff. Humongous pizza
They delivered pizza to my house - both pizzas clearly extremely damaged for whatever reason. Of course I naturally assumed maybe the delivery driver dropped it by accident etc, so I called up to complain and ask about the possibility of a refund. The manager, or whoever answered my call, began arguing with me and even accused me of “fiddling” with the pizza, which shocked me. I asked for an apology and he told me if I really wanted a refund to come to the shop and get the money. He also threatened to ban me from ever ordering and double charge me if I ever did try to order again. Attached below is the pizzas as they were delivered to my home.
Very patient dealing with my drunk friends, and absolutely amazing pizza
Ordered food but the food was burnt very bad experience from them. It never happened before very bad customer service from them.
Cheap and best pizza in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells
Have been buying Pizza from this place for the last three years and have never been disappointed. They are generous with their toppings, freindly and give excellent value for money. Can't get better anywhere else and to top it all they value the customer. Thank-you to you all who work there.
Firstly, prompt delivery-pizzas still hot. 2nd quality of ingredients was great, probably the best take away pizza we have had. Price was excellent. Will definitely go back.
