I have been to this pizza express 3 times now (keep hoping it will get better!) and each time has been a disappointment. Apart from 1 experience with incorrect orders the food is generally quite good however the service on every occasion has been terrible. The restaurant for the most part is empty and still service is very slow. We were told it was a 35 min wait for a table when 3/4 of the place was empty. When you do get a table you have to wait forever for your order to be taken. There seems to be more than enough staff for the number of people there so not sure why it’s so bad?

Great food - we have eaten here quite a few times now. But.....service is almost impossibly slow. Concerning given the place is never really that busy?! Needs a few extra folk working there I think. The staff were pleasant enough, and helpful when they finally got round to seeing you.... but not that quick?! But maybe more of them are needed.....

Visited this Pizza Express having read mixed (some very negative) reviews. We found it to be very good. The food was excellent and the two waiting staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to eat here again and would happily recommend.

Pizza Express is always our favourite for a family meal. I love the Pollo Forza pizza (tasty with the chillies) and the kids always order the dough balls. The Pizza Express in East Kilbride never appears that busy so orders are usually pretty prompt.
