Very good service, and decent food.To be honest, I am quite picky when it comes to Italian food, because frequent trips to Italy have spoilt me rotten. But, having said that, I did enjoy my meal. I would go again, but probably only if I was organising an evening out with a number of people.

Tired decor, staff average. Having visited on so many occasions you would think that customer service would improve, as it is our local. Not the case really. Just another link in the chain. Like so many service situations it seems you the customer are supposed to give good service to the staff. I think perhaps it's just a job and not a passion.

Disappointing. We have been coming here for years and have always really liked it, but out latest visit (after not visiting this particular restaurant for a year or so) was very disappointing with a definite drop in quality and service. Unfortunately most of the staff made it clear they didn't want to be there, the cutlery had watermarks, my salad was unwashed, the food took a long time to arrive (despite it not being that busy), there was a lot of dust on the ceiling, and the pizza wasn't hot enough. Overall it wasn't horrific, but it wasn't the type of standard we're used to at this restaurant, which is sad. Disappointing with a clear decline in standard.
