Food was 5☆ as usual but the service/atmosphere wasn't as good as the newport restaurant we usually visit. We had booked a table online for 6.15 but arrived a little early which I informed the guy who I presume was a manager. He wasn't very friendly and made me feel like I was lying about having booked a table didn't even ask for a name and kind of just ushered us in like a bit of an inconvenience. The waitress was better but just not the same level of friendly/happy service you get at the newport pizza express.

Nice to see such a clean and tidy restaurant, always reliable pizza, what makes this one good are the staff, helpful and friendly, what more do you want from a Pizza Express?

What isn't to like about any pizza express, but here they managed to get us a table when extremely busy. Staff very pleasant and cheerful.

An excellent branch. Very good service and the pizzas were the best Ive ever had from a pizza express - went on Thursday last week and again on Friday
