I would rate it 3.5   We had the dough balls with garlic butter for starter, the sloppy joe pizza in a romana base and a under 600kcals padana pizza. Pizzas were tasty and the service really attentive and helpful. The downsides are the lack of spiciness and meat on the sloppy Joe's. And the padana's portion is OK for someone that doesn't eat much but if you're a big eater pack up on the sides or the starters, otherwise you'll be leaving the dinner hungry!

Thoroughly enjoyed a meal here after such a long time!  I found out in the morning that Pizza Express have launched new items on the menu including pesto and jalapeño dough balls! Dough balls were delicious but they were not my cup of tea! I think I’d stick with the original dough balls!  The young Asian waiter who started a couple of days ago is doing really well and he provided us with excellent customer service!

Love the food at Pizza Express. Went here to have lunch for my niece's birthday. The place was nice and the staff were friendly. The food arrived quickly as well. They do a great 3 course option for kids and they give them a activity book to keep them busy. I had an American Pizza Pepperoni

We tried to order some calamari which unfortunately was out of stock, it was nice that we got a phone call for a substitute instead. this was meant to be chilli prawns, it honestly looks like stock leftovers, there were 4 prawns in there, they were defiantly not fresh, they had a chewy texture which is very normal for frozen prawns. Not what I was expecting at all. You can not call yourself a chef and make this, it was actually laughable. If you don’t know how to cook please don’t make up something on the spot just stick to the menu or offer a refund. Pizza express has just gone down hill.

Lovely atmosphere in this store. Staff are welcoming and work fast. Service was smooth flowing and we got our food really quickly.  The pizza we ordered was served hot. Stringy mozzarella cheese that was chewy and tasty. Only had a plain magharita but it was very nice. The spicy dough balls were lovely. I asked for more butter and the lady serving us happily got me some more without questioning.  Partner had a baked mushroom that smelt absolutely mouth watering. He really enjoyed it.  Enjoyed the atmosphere here. Didn’t feel rushed. Staff were attentive and quick to help.  Will be coming back again.

Me & my boyfriend went here for dinner, we forgot to pre-book and it was a very busy Saturday evening but the manager kindly sorted us a table. Very helpful and friendly staff especially Sonia who took our order. Quick service for food considering how busy it was, dough balls and pizza was spot on / perfect. I eat vegan & gluten free and this restaurant takes great care in catering for those with allergies.  Parking: If you visit after 6:30pm, there are a few parking spaces directly outside the restaurant, we got lucky and got one

Great food and atmosphere, we celebrated a birthday there and everything was amazing. Thank you for making our evening more special.

Arrived just after nine to be promptly told they close in 40 minutes and asked could we be finished by then, to which I replied I depends on how quickly you serve us! The girls that served us was borderline surly and during our meal we were watched constantly.  The pizzas were nice but not great but the doughballs were burnt. We left just before 10pm and at the point of payment when asked if I wished to leave a gratuity I declined. In my opinion you pay for good service, and also more to the point the person who 'greeted' us, who I presume was the manageress,  watched on as this was all delivered and not at all concerned.

My families favourite restaurant. Ruislip branch is the best overall despite it not being the closest. Restaurant well kept, team are amazing and food is brilliant.
