My daughter and I attended the Bicester Pizza Express restaurant recently and had such a wonderful experience! Our waitress Liz welcomed us at the door with a big smile and continued with excellent customer service throughout our stay. The restaurant felt cozy, warm. The food arrived in good time and tasted great! Thank you to Liz and all the Bicester Pizza Express Team Kid-friendliness: Great selection on the menu for kids and fairly priced. The staff were interactive with my daughter and offered a activity pack to keep her amused.
Great evening food was super as ever. Highlight of the evening was the kind/charming girl Melissa who served us tonight. She was brilliant from start till end. Thank you Melissa. @pizzaexpress what a great team member you have a great asset indeed.
Took my Mum here for her birthday and was served by Caitlin B who was nothing but kind, friendly, helpful and informative. Helped us with the app as we were struggling to navigate it and she patiently talked us through it. Every request was met with a smile, she really went above and beyond! I haven’t been to Pizza Express for many years and due to her service alone I hope to be a regular! You have a true gem on your team! <3

Excellent dinner at Pizza Express last night. Caitlin B. served us and was very attentive. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the experience. Vegetarian options: I had the vegan nourish bowl, which was pretty tasty.
