This is the best Pizza Express in Surrey. The Pizza Chef has been working that oven for 25+ years!!! He used to be making the pizzas there when I was a boy, and I returned this week after 14 years living abroad to find him still there.....and he made some epic food. IT WAS SO GOOD I RETURNED WITH MY FAMILY 3 TIMES IN THE 1 WEEK WE WERE VISITING!! the staff here are also fantastic, friendly and helpful, and all this trickles down from the Manageress who has also been running this place perfectly for years!! @pizzaexpressheadoffice needs to take note and reward these guys for excellence!! Dietary restrictions: My wife is a Coeliac gluten allergic and the staff here did everything perfectly to accommodate her needs and served perfect GF Pizza. Perfect
I recently visited Pizza Express in Walton on Thames. On the whole, the service was friendly and the staff were very helpful. However, I felt that the pizza lacked cheese and was quite expensive. It didn't quite live up to what I expected from a Pizza Express, but if you're looking for a quick bite to eat this is a good place to go.
Please read this review and like it for my time: I usually enjoy eating at pizza express however I wasn't pleased when I ate the other day. The waitress who served us was very friendly but some staff didn't seem as nice, and they came across rude at times. The room wasn't set out very well, with most of the tables cramped together with not enough space at all. I think they can get some more comfy seats too. It was very noisy throughout the whole evening. We had to wait a long time to even sit down, though we booked a table! When we finally received our food, the dough balls were very tasty. I tried a new pasta dish, however the pasta was dry and chewy and the sauce tasted a little like sick! I ordered the tiramisu for pudding as I've had it before. It tasted nothing like I've had in other pizza express restaurants and it was disappointing. It was all overpriced and not worth having. Rude staff, noisy area, terrible seating, long wait, dry and tasteless food, overpriced. I was very dissapointed in this pizza express and i don't recommend visiting it.
Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst staff and service I have ever experienced. This place deserves to be closed. Horrible management and catering team. Luciana manager is very poorly trained in all aspects required in a work environment. Going to a different pizza express is a better choice in my opinion, believe me.
Good weekday lunchtime offer - classic pizza and a soft drink for £6.95. Tasty and well cooked. Helpful and attentive staff, if a little slow at clearing up the empty tables.
We ordered 2 portions of Cannelloni for collection, however, very disappointed with the portion size. They were half the size of what they serve in the restaurant. Though tasted great but not worth the full price. Really disappointed. Had to cook dinner thinking would be a good break to enjoy Pizza Express.

No respect for drivers. I been told 10 minute and then I wait more then 30 minutes but still some 1 come to me and told me to cancel the order .very badFood: 1/5
Great place to enjoy pizza and pasta and all Italian food and drinks.
Much better now it’s refurbished. No longer an insufferable echo chamber, it’s now actually quite a pleasant experience to be in here. The food you expect, the service was a bit slow.
